SW in Dec. at $115 round trip- can't afford to stay home!

SW just release its dates through Jan 15th. With DVC and round trip for $115.00 we can't afford to stay home!

We found great airfare from Orlando to Boston on Nov26 . 100 roundtrip direct flights. All on American Airlines which is my favorite if the price is right as there is alot more leg room and you get an assigned seat. Could not believe my luck this year. Counting the days

I just downloaded ds' school calendar for '04-'05 and he has a couple of half-days followed by a Friday off in mid-Oct .... Northwest just happened to have $116 RT flights from Detroit at that time, so guess what? This morning we weren't going to WDW 'til next August; this afternoon, we're going in 75 days!

Your so lucky, SW has kept the price to 176.00 with extra tax and charges in Hartford. I will have to watch if it falls down more here.

The odd thing though is Disney is so booked up in December in the DVC reservations.

Still quite $$$$ for a family of 5!!!!!

We are trying to wait for DD 2 month to get a little bigger first, but if we could fly that cheap, I might squeeze in a trip sooner!!!

Did you get tickets? I just checked on their site, and the promotional prices are unavailable/sold out

Hartford to Orlando is listed at $49 each way.... trick is to get them before they are GONE!

Please Southwest, give Hartford the lower fares through January

I will be going "Home" in both Dec and Jan so I've been tracking flights for these time frames as well. I have found the following if anyone is interested:

JetBlue has $49 tickets online ($52 if you call 1.800.jet.blue) out of Boston's Logan Intl Airport (midweek travel only at those rates - $181 rt for weekend flights) through Dec 15 - 04.

Southwest also has $49 tickets (same - midweek travel only) out of Providence, RI Airport through Jan - 05.

Delta and American will have to counter in the NE region soon I would think as the price wars have begun once again it seems!!! I'm going to hold off in purchasing for another month or so and see what other offers come up...
