I've been searching SW's website for their policy regarding extending credits for longer than the one year. Can someone direct me to where it is? I can't find it.

Don't think it's written anywhere. Based on what I remember, you need to do it on the phone, and it can't be done until your ticketless travel funds are danged close to expiring - within a few days, maybe a week?

I remember reading here I think about having six months after they expire to renew, thus giving you essentially an extra year. Just was going to read the policy, but maybe it's not anywhere on the website.

I'm 99% sure that's wrong. As far as I know, once the TTF expire, they're gone. You can extend them for a fee, but only as the expiration date quickly approaches, and only FOR another six months.

I found this in a previous post:

"Just got off the phone with a supervisor at their customer service number--(214) 792-4223. He assured me that it would be only 50.00 total to extend my credit. He told me more than once I would have 200.00 left over. I have 1 conf# for the 5 tix, so maybe that's why. He also said to call back starting Jan. 14th (since it expires Jan 13). He said you have up to 6 months after expiration to call!! And then they will extend it for another 6 months, so make sure you call at the appropriate time for you plans. He gave me a SR# (service request#) for when I call back. He said it takes 7-10 days to get the extension voucher in the mail, so keep that in mind."

I know there were other posts about this subject, but I can't find them now. I just was hoping it wasn't a case of it depends who you get on the phone. I was hoping to find the policy in writing on their website.

I called and was told the same thing. I have over $400, so losing $50 is no big deal to me. It is a nice courtesy and is jsut another reason why I look to SW first.
