Survivor-Tocantins***Winner is named in thread***

And recently aren't most of the survivors hand-picked by the producers? I think I read somewhere that a lot of them are wanna-be actors/actresses.

Based on how nice they're acting toward each other at Ponderosa, I tend to think they started playing the game from Day 1. Tyson/Coach/Debbie noticed that Sierra was sick and decided that she was an easy person to target, use her as long as they wanted and then get rid of her. And that's what they did. Like somebody else posted, we know they do a LOT of editing on this show, but if Sierra was really as awful as Coach/Debbie were saying she was, then we would have seen some of that.

But that kind of reasoning is why we have cases of schoolyard bullying. The assumption here is that because the majority says she is an awful person, she must be. That is how bullying get started. The popular person decided he/she doesn't like someone and all his/her friends gang up on that person, becuase it is the 'popular' thing to do. I agree with another poster. If she was that god-awful, we would have seen SOME signs of it in the show. You can't edit that kind of consistent behavior out totally.
I don't know. They can do a lot of editing. Remember Sugar from last season. She was portrayed as sweet and naive...America's sweetheart. Come to find out after the show is over, that all the other Survivor's hated her. I didn't get that sense at all during the show.

Taj did not vote for Sierra. She voted for Debbie. I think she felt sorry for Sierra. I really like Taj but I don't think she will go to the Final (3 or 2)? I really want Coach and Debbie voted out. They are both such liars.

I couldn't agree more. I so wished that Debbie would have been voted out last week. She drives me crazy. Liars!

I can't wait till the reunion show.

I never heard that about Sugar. I wonder why?

Everybody calls him the dragonslayer?????

Debbie is such a schemer. Now she finally has to work at the game instead of riding Coach's coat tails.

One down, one more to go, and then I don't care who wins! :goodvibes

I was glad to see them showing more footage of Taj. I really felt like they left her out completely the last episode or two. I hope her or Steven win and PLEASE let them kick out Coach next!!!

The only person I'm rooting for now is Steven. Nobody else really stands out for me. And Coach has got to go. He's hilarious in an outlandish kind of way but I don't know if I can take one more week of him.

I was surprise how well he did on the immunity challenge. What a memory!!

I can't wait for Coach to go either.

The dragonslayer and warrior bit to his assistant coach cracked me up! What a complete moron. . .

Guess we saw that Debbie doesn't have mad scheming skills either. . .maybe coach isn't a moron after all--he's still there! I hope booting Debbie first doesn't come back to bite Stephen, JT, and Taj. . .

I think if Coach, Erin and Taj were smart, they would join together and vote out Steven and JT. There is no way any of those three will win against those two in the finals. Debbie should have approached Erin and Taj as women and tried to go that route.

That's what I was thinking last night. They were idiots not to vote out JT.

That was a pretty emotional episode. Usually I don't like those but that was a good one. What does it say about Coach when he love one was an assistant coach? I think that is rather sad.

Debbie played too hard last night other they may have sent Coach packin'.

Here's what I think will happen the rest of the way:

Fab Five: Taj, Erinn, JT, Coach and Stephen (Erinn will go next)

Final Four: Taj, JT, Coach and Stephen (Taj will be voted out)

Terrific Three: JT, Coach and Stephen (Coach finally retires)

Terrible Two: JT and Stephen (Frick or Frack)

Sole Survivor: JT

Thoughts?
;)

I think you've got it! The only thing that might change is that they MIGHT vote out Taj before Erinn.

I think (or hope) JT & Stephen stay true to their alliance with Taj with Coach going next and Erinn thereafter.

Stephen & JT final two with Stephen taking the dough. . .he's been the mastermind but not the mouthpiece. People probably won't hold a grudge against Stephen because all of the talking and negotiating has seemed to have gone through JT.

Then again, who knows! :confused3

I think Coach will slip through to the final three. Twice, now, he should have been sent packing, but instead Sierra and Debbie left. Next week I imagine it will be Taj: or at least they will try to 'flush out' the hidden immunity idol, and then it will be Errin.

On another website they have a little contest entitled: "What will Coaches final words be?" (assuming that he is voted off before the final). I predicted:

"Well, the Dragonslayer has been voted off. They could not deal with having a true warrior within their midst, so they used lies and treachery to kill the Dragonslayer. I hold no grudges, for I have achieved exactly what I set out to do, and I am leaving at exactly the time I predicted I would. I tried to reinvent Survivor so that only true warriors would make it to the final three, but the warrior code only holds if you have other warriors surrounding you, which I did not. Peace."

Holy cow! Did someone get a sneak peak or something. That sounds exactly like what he would say. :rotfl:

Wouldn't it be best though to bring Coach with you to the final 2 (or is it 3 again). Coach seems very unliked so him going up against JT or Stephan would make the most sense, strategy wise.

No sneak peak or spoiler. Just my vivid imagination plus Coaches utter predictability.

I agree: Coach would be a very good person to sit opposite in front of the jury. If Coach were to mouth off about 'honor, integrity, Dragon Slayer' and about how he never, ever lied, he would not win one vote (well, maybe Tyson).

However, if Coach suddenly starts telling the jury "Yeah, of course I lied. It is all part of the game. Everthing I did was calculated to get me to this point; the dragonslayer stuff, the yoga, all that', then he could win votes for his game. Sorta like Richard Hatch from the first season, and Dr. Will from Big Brother.

I agree until the sole survivor. I think Stephen. Just because it seems JT has lied more. He swore to Branden that he would not vote him out. I think when the jury sees all that then they may reconsider.
