I believe that oil tankering is in reference to the huge oil tankers (ships) that carry oil from the drills/rigs in the ocean, back to shore. I could be wrong, but I think that's what a tankering service would be.

Edited to add: I guess he could own oil tank TRUCKS too. Who the heck knows! LOL

Mmmm, could be but he did say a couple of years ago he was living in a trailer living paycheck to paycheck. I would think it would be easier to start out with one tanker truck and then add a fleet of trucks rather than start out with a tanker boat/ship and then a fleet of ships. Who knows?

A lot the sites are blocked here at work, so I don't know if they provide any concrete evidence, the one thing I did read was that Russell had applied to be on a show called Pirate Master two years ago. I sort of remember that show and that it bombed.

Russell seems to be the guy that people either love to hate OR hate to love. I fall into the second category, I hate the fact that I'm lovin' him! Well, his game play, anyway.


P.S. I loved his commentary last night when it was showing the girls asking him to sleep next to them because they were so cold; then it cut to him saying to the camera "My mother is going to be embarrassed, my wife is going to be pissed, but I love my family and wife and I'd never do anything to hurt them, and everything that I'm doing here, I'm doing in the GAME, ONLY to win the million dollars...". I paraphrased, but that's basically what he said. I also like the fact that when he was talking to the camera about Natalie that he didn't call her dumb or anything negative; he only said that maybe in the final 2 she'd say something like "Give him the money" and then he said "She's just too sweet!". LOL

but poor John just looked so crushed

Good episode, but I think that Jaison had a good point regarding Shambo.

Regarding the preview for next week; they've tried to make us think before that they were gunning for Russell, so who the heck knows!

My dh thinks Russel is a "mole" that Survivor put on the show.
He is wondering why the guy gets so much air time,
why did he find all the immunity idols.
There are 2 or 3 players on the show, and you wouldn't even know who they are because they barely get any air time.
Something isn't right about this Russel fellow.

I don't think he is a mole. I think he is just really good at the game. He has watched previous seasons and is looking at places they have used in the past. With the the last clue they got Dave was looking in the same spot Russell found it. He just didn't look that good. John looked in the same spot tonight with the hint so it can't be that hard a place to find.

Oh poor John! He didn't learn the lesson, do not trust Russell. We talked to Russ and that was it. He knew Russ had found the idol, why did he had to go and tell Russ, he should had tool his galu people. I felt bad for John, I wanted Dave to go, but John had to go and talk to the guy that is being moving the strings the whole time and he knew that.

Shambo didn't have a clue what was happening last night during tribal council- it was hysterical to see her clueless face. I can't wait till she is voted out, can't stand her!

I think Shambo finally realized during tribal council last night that she is just as likely to get voted off as john was. I think she realized that she is in this game alone.

Not according to the Ponderosa video's. The leave, are covered in a black cape, given a bag of food, and driven away. They then meet doctors, are interviewed, etc. before joining the rest of the "loosers".

I agree. I think he is just a very smart player who's studied the game. Everything he does seems to have a reason.
