From next week's previews, it looks like Russell's days are numbered.

I can only hope, I just can't stand this guy. I'm pulling for Mick or Jasion to win

I hope not. He's the best! Heck, he's the ONLY player this season. I was cracking up at him talking about making a mistake so John had to go.

Mick and Jaison have done nothing. But I did think that Jaison's insight about Shambo was smart. Wonder if he talked to Russell about it?

I think at this point, you would need to consider Russell one of the best players ever. He has managed to cover his tracks well and for the most part, kept the target off his back. He doesn't dominate the challenges (that would target him) and when he does make a mistake, he fixes it.

At this point in the game, he has controlled most of it and deserves to be in the final group.

For all her talk, Shambo is a terrible player who really has no clue.

The show is called Survivor: Out play, Out wit, Out last. It isn't called Let's Drop a Bunch of Strangers in a Strange Place and See Who Is the Nicest.

Russell is one of the best players in the history of the show.

I agree. It's a good player who can get things done and manage to keep a target off their back. Russell has definately been one of the best players I have seen.

I do think that Russell is proving to be an exceptional player. One of his biggest faults is his BIG mouth. He simply cannot keep from bragging to others (“I have the hidden idol!”). Then, after he realizes that he talked more than he should have, he goes to the confessional and tries to rationalize his actions.

That is true. My opinion that Russell is a great player is based on the name of the show.

We started out really not liking Russell but he's grown on us like a fungus. Do I think he's a nice guy? Nope, but he's an incredible game player and he's made this season very fun to watch.

Did they kill all of the chickens? I thought that I saw a preview two weeks ago showing Russell opening the door to the chicken cage and letting them out.

I don't remember seeing anything about that on the recap show last week and thought that maybe if was going to be on this weeks show.

Does anyone else remember that or am I loosing my mind?

It didn't show them killing both chickens last night but I think that was their intention.

On the recap show last week, it showed Russell unlatching the door to the coop but not letting the chickens out. Apparently the chickens did not make an escape.
