I'll be missing a lot of Survivor too tonight flipping back and forth to watch the Yankees. Hopefully their commercials are at different times

I'm missing Survivor entirely tonight!! There must be something wrong at our local CBS station, because all that's on is a blank screen. I called my DD who lives in a different time zone and asked her to tape it for me. I'm going to visit her next week so hopefully I can get caught up then. But, in reality, I won't be able to wait that long. I'll read it all here first.

I found it soooo interesting the way Drake seems to have fallen apart.....next week will be a verrrry interesting episode! I wonder if thats when the merge will take place? I wonder how they'll decide which island to live on?

Also, I felt kinda bad for Michelle. I mean, yes, she didn't follow the game plan going into immunity, but then neither did Sandra.....IMO she's as much to blame for the loss as Michelle. Sure wish they'd voted Jon off though. What a loser.

They certainly have. Throwing that one challenge came back to bite them. Like Rupert said, if they hadn't thrown it, he wouldn't have gone to Morgan, and he wouldn't have been there to help them win the reward challenge. I was glad to see him be able to vent at TC after the truth came out.

I missed when Andrew went to Drake to loot....what happened?

Lots of hugs between Rupert and Andrew. Andrew listened to what Rupert wanted him to take... rice. Rupert even gave him more in his sack than what Andrew was willing to take. More hugs from everyone and Andrew left happy.

Like someone said before... Rupert is one class act.

Rupert is the best! I certainly hope he wins the whole thing - in all of the 7 Survivors, he is the most deserving. Of course, we've seen that the most deserving isn't usually the one who wins....

I pay pretty close attention to the shows, but what has Sean done that's so bad that they keep talking about voting him off? Last week, this week, and even in the previews someone is complaining about Sean, but I haven't seen anything THAT bad.

And puh-leeze - get rid of Jon!! I can't believe they don't see how he's playingi them all. What a jerk; his name should be Rob!

I caught the last couple of minutes of Michelle on the Early Show. A caller was asking a question about Rupert. She replied that she has mixed feelings about Rupert at this point. That it's kind of turned into the Rupert Show. She said, "I'm kind of reserved on what I should say about Rupert right now."

She was really struggling to hold her tongue and not say bad things about him.

A caller asked if they saw Jon as a threat at that point and that he didn't seem to pull his own weight.

She was very positive about Jon (maybe she got to know him a little better because he got booted?). She said Jon did more than what they show. You can see him complaining about things, but he's actually a really down-to-earth guy and he worked hard at camp.

Julie asked about him being drunk at tribal council and she just laughed and said that he was their amusement. They didn't have other things to amuse them and he was their "big toy".

It's interesting that she wasn't mad or didn't even mention his betrayal when they voted out Burton--maybe she didn't know his role or thought he was like Shawn and went with the group.

Julie pointed out that he didn't have too many kind words for her on the show last night and she says that he doesn't have kind words for too many people, but he'll tell you to your face. She said everything they show him saying about her he comes back and tells her to her face.

Julie asked her what she would have looted at the other camp and she said food--whatever makes them weaker makers her tribe stronger. Julie asked what was up with the looting last night, why didn't they take more, and she said, "I know!" She said she thinks they were expecting the merge and didn't want to cause hard feelings.

And that was about it--maybe someone can fill in the beginning.

Did anyone notice Christa is really making use of the sewing stuff? Didja catch her snazzy halter top? And the ladies are using the rick rack in their hair.

Osten was annoying me about the shelter. I really cannot stand him. All those muscles and not much between the ears.

Rupert!!! How about when Michelle was puking and he was covering it up for her? He's a tenderhearted man. And then he kept talking strategy the whole time she was hurling!!

Ryan O is a hottie.

I also really like Trish.

And I felt bad for Sandra at the challenge. She certainly seemed to be trying her best. I think I would have gone for the sardine first, with the "shake" as a chaser.

Jon seems like a real horse's you-know-what. Skipping to the voting. I was hoping they'd get rid of him!!

Yes, Osten not wanting to move the shelter until it was actually being swept to sea was the alltime moment in survivor stupidity in my book. For someone who almost drowned last week, he seems to have very little understanding about the power and dangers of water.

Osten would have been gone by now if they didn't think that they needed him. Thinking back over the challenges, his size really only came into play for that one challenge where he was up against Rupert. Otherwise, he has been more of a hindrance than a help. I wonder if they ever think that they should have kept Ryan and tossed him.

I think Jon will be there for awhile. He may be annoying but doesn't appear to be a threat to anyone. I think he will be in there well into the merge unless someone realizes the "Johnny Fairplay" doesn't really play fair. His wheeling and dealing reminds me of Rob and the used car salesman, oh what was his name?

Can someone tell me what's going on with the RealityTV Planet site? They haven't recorded my scores for the past two weeks and I know I filled them out.

His wheeling and dealing reminds me of Rob and the used car salesman, oh what was his name? Brian from Survivor Thailand.

Rupert did make an observation of the Morgan tribe early on in his "visit" to the tribe...they work so hard at doing nothing. The shelter being inadequate...not knowing how to even use the spear...not wanting to move the shelter. Osten saying it's not a problem now so why take the time to move it. What kind of mentality is that? It's like standing in the middle of the freeway and saying I have not been hit by a car yet so I will continue to stand here.

And, Rupert finding the injured little snake, which he named Balboa, and bandaged the snake up and made him the team mascot. Rupert never ceases to amaze me.

Another vote for Rupert! He is a gentle giant. I told DH that he reminds me of John from Robin Hood. I don't like Andrew at all. Does he really think his team would've done so well if Rupert wasn't getting the rungs for the ladder? Come on! He is not a leader in my eyes. Annmarie

Rupert has singlehandedly breathed new life into Survivor.
