I love what Rupert just did in the Village! I knew there was a reason I had him on my fantasy tribe It's only ten minutes into the show and I think this might end up being a great season. Love the music too!

Oh-kay... this is off to an interesting start. LOL! Um... other than camera time...WHY did those boys decide they needed to get naked in the challenge?? Oh-kay...

Other than that, though, this has been a very fun start. I think I like the Drake team the best so far, and Rupert seems fun and definitely a "Pirate". And...oh, what's her name? Sandra or something, the one who could speak Spanish and who did such a great job in the town. I also like Lil from the Morgan tribe. Other than that, too early to tell.

But I'm hooked -- at least for now.

I loved what Rupert did at the beginning -- On one hand, dirty playing!! On the other, this *is* about pirates...

You may be having the same problem I was.

Here is the instructions quoted from Tulirose's response:

Plano - FIRST, you have to make your own tribe or team. Give your tribe a name you pick and pick four tribal members. Then after you have that done, you join the public tribe (assigned at random and you get a number) and then click on join a private tribe and then type in the Tribe name you want to join and the password for it.

This game confused me at first but you need to register and make up a name for your own individual team of four survivor members. Then continue on and you fill in the tribe data last. I was fumbling around but thanks to Tulirose, I finally figured it out.

That was a great first episode! I loved it when they were cutting up the clothes including the Armani suit. This one could be interesting because it appears that tensions are already starting. Can't wait for next week.

Close Rupert plays Harry's friend Ron. Robbie Coltrane plays Hagrid. But I did tell hubby that I like Rupert in Survivor because he's got the same name as the kid that plays Ron, and because he looks like Robbie Coltrane/Hagrid.

Rupert and his skirt had me crying I was laughing so hard.

I was very glad they got rid of the person they did, way too early in the game to start that kind of crap. Plus he/she was a very bad liar-lol.

My favorite moment was during the challenge. The Morgan tribe was trailing and they showed a great shot of them from the rear, along the the naked butts of the guys. On the screen it said "Morgan Behind". Priceless.

I agree, great first episode!!! I liked Rupert, Michelle and the gal that did such a great job haggling with the locals when they were shopping. The scout leader seemed good too. Too soon to really get a feel for most of them.

That one team was so clueless to not even look closely at their map and find out where the water hole was! And the ones who were so actively bossing people around, I thought haven't they ever watched a Survivor before???!!!!

Great first episode. I don't think we have ever laughed so hard. My dd is grounded and didn't get to watch last night, but she kept hearing us laugh and it was driving her crazy. Rupert is tooo funny. Hope he sticks around for a really long time. I wish they would have showed the other tribes reaction though when they realized all their shoes were gone. I can't believe the one tribe didn't spend all of their money in the village. Loved the toothbrushes one tribe bought. Looking forward to a great season. Go Rupert!

Great first episode! Rupert is my favorite - I hope he makes it all the way! The floral skirt with the tie-dye muscle shirt - priceless! I must say, though, that I was a bit disappointed: all the ads talked about making the survivors "walk the plank," but there was no plank. That would have been a nice touch.

My top 3 as of week 1: Rupert, Sandra, and Lillian.

BTW, DH was at a Scout district meeting last night, and they were talking about Lillian. They (the Scout district heads) said that since Lillian is wearing the uniform, they certainly hope she doesn't do anything stupid to embarrass the Scouting program.

I loved the twist of them having to just jump right in and then haggle with the locals to get things for their camp. In my mind that seemed like a better way to get things. I know they each had more than some of the other starts to survivor. I also loved what Ruppert did - a true pirate.
