YES! Although I liked Burton, it's about time those women thought for themselves!! I just wished they voted off sleezy Jon first!

I couldn't get over how the guys were carrying on so much talking down about the women during the reward challenge. What pompous you-know-whats!

I would be EXTREMELY happy with either Darrah or Sandra winning.
I will be EXTREMELY upset with Lil or Jon winning!

And did you catch what Burton said at the end? "Lil, I hope you can live with yourself because you broke our alliance". Umm.... excuse me but who did HE cast his vote for. Well, let's just say I used to like Burton.

Immunity challenge 3 weeks ago...a test of verbal skills..think maybe the female college grad had an edge in that one ?

The next week's challenge : sharpshooting...guess which one of the contestants lists hunting as her hobby?

This week's challenge...retrieving keys from a thin cylinder. ya think maybe the person with the smallest hands had any advantage?

I hate it when the producers do things to force the outcome they have decided on, somehow thinking we are too stupid to notice.

I think this is the first time I can honestly say that I screamed at the TV! Burton must realize how stupid he sounded with his final comments. Hello!!!! YOU VOTED FOR LILL!! Doesn't that mean that you broke the alliance as well?? Hope YOU can live with yourself Burton!

Jon is absolutely the most obnoxious, sexist, conceited idiot that has ever been on that show. And those are the nicest things I can come up with to say about him. I just pray that Jon gets voted off next, and that Sandra wins the whole thing.

I was thinking the same thing. I was saying to myself, didn't you just two seconds ago write Lil's name down. How into yourself can you be?

Did anyone catch Rupert punching fists with the other jury members after he was voted off. They were so happy

Bye Bye Burton......so glad he's gone. Jon is now powerless!! Can you believe that Burton was saying Lil should feel guilty for breaking her alliance with him. He broke his alliance like 2 minutes after he made it. I'm so glad the women got their heads together and did something. HURRAY!!!

I guess I am in the minority here, but I am sad to see Burton go. Although I detest Jon, him and Burton were the only two left IMHO playing the game. Lill was riding Burton's coat tails and Dee was hitching a ride with Lill and Burton and Sandra was still riding a little bit of Rupert's tails (although as of late, I think she has played the game better)
This game IS about conniving, outwitting, yada yada yada, not who can be the nicey nicey one to win.

I have to agree with FaithInKarma as well when I say that this show just isn't as surprising as it seems. I think it's pretty clear cut where it's going to go from here, Jon will go next week, then Lil and Darrah will go with Sandra to the final 2 with Darrah winning (because I still think Rupert will figure out that even though Sandra didn't vote for him, she didn't vote WITH him either)

Its my understanding that the games are set before the survivors even leave the states for the island, or wherever they are going. They don't just make them up the day before, so they have no way of knowing who will be participating. And as for thin tubes, yes, she had an advantage, but who had the advantage with the challenge to hold the most weight? (The one that Andrew won). Everyone going into survivor has strengths and weaknesses. I'm personally glad that not every game is one of brute strength.

I am not convinced that is the way it is done. And if Darrah is not sitting in the winner's chair on Sunday night I will be very surprised.

But this is my first Survivor, so I do not pretend to be an expert.

I do know that last summer I watched my first Big Brother. And I had the live feeds. What actually happened in the house, and the edited version shown to the TV audience were as different as night and day. It is all in the editing.

It left me with a huge distrust for the producers of these shows.

I am sooooo glad the women finally got their act together, although it's probably too late. Hopefully Jon will go next (unless he wins immunity). I'd really like Sandra to win - she's been playing the game pretty well. Doing some lying, but not quite as bad as Jon. I don't like Lil - she should have stayed an outcast. But as long as the winner is NOT Jon, I'll be ok with it.

Can't wait for Sunday!!

WOO HOOO!! I've watched ALL the Survivors and that was ONE SATISFYING TRIBAL COUNCIL!! I've never actually hooted and hollered at the vote until tonight! Awesome that the girls finally got their heads on straight!

All the trash talking those guys were doing about the girls was really ticking me off. JON'S FACE at Tribal Council was PRICELESS!!
