I don't think that Rob came clean to Matt. I think Rob was just trying to persuade Matt by making him think he was coming clean. He might have said "I'm telling you the truth," but he was telling him a version of the truth -- the one that would get Matt to vote the way he wanted. It just worked in the way Matt wanted it to in this case.

For several weeks I thought that people on the boards were being too hard on the "cute girls" just because they're "cute". In the last few weeks I've become disgusted by their behavior!

Last night was definitely one of the best ever episodes of Survivor! I wondered how long it would take Rob to realize that if he went into the final four with Alex, Jenna & Heidi, he was clearly the odd man out.

Rob makes the show more entertaining, but I kind of cringe at some of the mean things he has said behind peoples' backs; Matt in particular. As with many of the survivors, I would love to see what kind of person he is in real life. Can someone be decent and ethical in real life and then completely discard their values for 39 days?

I have to admit that I was really happy to see Rob switch sides last night since it means that Christy still has a chance. I thought it was a really good episode and interesting. Couldn't believe that Jenna was actually surprised that the others thought that she used sex appeal to get her way. I mean she and Heidi have undressed -- what did she think she was doing?

I'd still like to see Christy win it all -- I think she's been through the most. I was kinda surprised that Rob told Matt everything. It appeared to me that he was trying to get Matt's jury vote.

I think the last episodes will be really interesting and a lot is going to depend on who wins immunity. Hopefully Heidi and Jenna won't win immunity so that they can be voted off.

Read the teaser for next week and had to laugh. They sometimes remind me of my DS (a charming teenager) who always seems to be able to justify anything. Last week don't work b/c we are in charge, this week don't work b/c we're mad. Did they ever work or did I miss that episode? Whining, crying and stripping I saw -- work out of those too I didn't.

I may be wrong but it appeared to me that Rob came clean to Matt. He told him he lied to him. Matt summed up what he had to say, by saying something like he was in danger and had people against him. Also that Rob told him that he was against him for awhile. Something like that. That's pretty much the gist of it, IMO.

I think Rob *may* have thought ahead to the consequences of voting out Alex. He may have thought that the girls would rat him out if he did that. He beat them to the punch. And that may score him some points with Matt, Butch, & Christy because he owned up to it himself. Who knows?

What he does next is anyones guess.

Princess Dot, I was thinking the same thing. SOME of the jury WILL vote with their HEADS and THINK about who actually played the game the best.

I don't like Rob, but since the very first show I thought he played the game well. He reminds me of Richard from the first series but I don't like a lot of the comments he made about people but in one episode he did make a comment about the chicks and said they never would talk to him if they weren't stuck in the game with him. I think he thought he'd get lucky with one of them but both of them were glued to Alex. Then Alex made the comment about bumping Rob off! What an idiot!!! He should've kept his mouth shut but his arrogance got in the way!

As for Jenna, she knew her mom was sick and could've backed out of the game but she didn't want to risk her 15 minutes of fame! I would've liked to been on that long trip back to camp last night! Boy were the girls surprised!!!

And work! What have they done since they got there except ignore Kristy. Kristy, Butch and Matt appear to be keeping this tribe fed and warm! Annmarie

why does this surprise anybody??? that is todays youth, no work ethic and whining about anything....rob makes the show interesting but I'm ready for him to go too, dont like all the lying and back stabbing...it seems to me that everyone takes butch for granted, including matt...i think it would be great to see someone like butch win this thing.lets get rid of heidi next, then jenna, then rob.cant wait till next week!!!!!

I agree that Jenna should have backed out if she was so worried. I know that they always pick an alternate in case someone does back out. Tina from Survivor-Outback was originally an alternate and she came back to win the whole thing!

I was out Thursday night and the VCR DID NOT RECORD THE SHOW!!!!!

PLEASE!!! Would someone be willing to mail me their copy of the show??? I would definitely return it. It seems I missed the best show of the season next to when Roger was voted off. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!!

Saw a teaser commercial during A Painted House last night and it looks like another person gets voted off that doesn't expect to. Could it be Rob? He was featured a lot during the commercial. You never know, they are always trying to trick us.

I'm hoping it's Heidi....it would make sense to keep her stick twin out of the loop on the vote. And it WAS Jenna saying that she "almost passed out" when the vote was read.

Does anyone else think that Heidi and Jenna were awfully critical of Christy after this week's reward challenge? Poor Jenna didn't have enough money to outbid Christy after feeding her face, and still wanted to blame Christy. And what was up with Heidi trying to outbid Jenna after Christy said that it was OK to auction off another of the special packages?

I did see that Jenna mouthed "thank you" to Christy and that she responded "you're welcome", but otherwise it seems to me that Heidi and Jenna are acting like spoiled children.

I saw the commercial for the next show. It sounds like this week's program is going to have a lot of drama. I can hardly wait.

Christy should have refused the second auction for the letters. If not that, then someone should have outbid Jenna by a buck more than what she had.

Speaking of Jenna, where does she get off acting shocked and insulted that she was picked as most likely to use sex appeal to get her way? Was she not the one that stated earlier in the game that she was doing that very thing?
