SURVIVOR fans! The game is on! What do you think?(Remember our west coast friends)

I didn't understand why Heidi was bidding against Jenna either! They were mad at Christy for not letting them win...well I didn't see either of them offering to share their food.

What a couple of bimbos. I think tonight was fabulous and made up for the last couple yawner episodes.

Jenna and Heidi are such a bunch of losers. They are so selfish. And have not been nice to Christi whom I'm sure that they think is inferior. Christi had no obligation to let Jenna win to get a letter from home.

I couldn't believe it in the immunity challenge when Jenna said that she doesn't use sex appeal. I believe it was in the first episode that she stated that she was so disappointed that there were no men in her tribe to foist her body on. Give me a break!

And Rob, even though it delighted me to no end for him to vote with Matt, Butch and Christi, he is still thinking with his ******. He is so stuck on Heidi its hilarious. He wants to end up with her so bad. I think that the stick twins need to be split up. Hopefully one of them will go next week. Somewhere someone said that Jenna and Matt were picked to be the final two. Well, they're still in the game.

But Rob, even with his infatuation with Heidi, is still playing the game very well. I hope that the jury considers this if he ends up in the final two.

Doing the happy dance. Buh-bye Alex. Sucks to be you I've never stayed up to post after a survivor but I was so thrilled to see that alliance broken, I didn't want to wait until everyone else had they're say and have nothing original to add.

Forget about Matt voting for himself as most needing therapy. How about voting for himself as most likely one to for the rest of the group to have a crush on?

It should get interesting from here on in. Don't be so sure that Rob deosn't switch sides again. His only chance at winning (slim as it is) is not to end up as the last two against eithe Butch and Christy. He'd lose hands down. He needs to manipulate the situation so that it's him and either Jenna or Heidi and hope that the jury hated them more then him. Of course I would be thrilled if I was wrong and we watch the 'cute' girls go one after the other.

Wouldn't it be a pip if it ended up just Christy and Butch? Who would you vote for then?

DH said the same thing about no one sharing their food! If they are all so tight why didn't they share or pool their money! I also thought Jenna was getting mad by the way the others responded to some of the questions. I can't wait for next week!!! Annmarie

Here's my take on the show:

Jenna was mad that Christy outbid Heidi because Heidi had more money then Jenna did. Jenna didn't have much left so she quickly got outbid, but her best pal was still in the running. When Heidi got outbid she got pissed for her.

I then think that the rest of them let Jenna win the second letter so she could have the info about her mom.

Also, I think Matt purposely lost the immunity challenge. He won the last one and he didn't want to win 2 in a row. Also, the thought his tie with Robb was tight so he was safe even if he let Robb win. I don't really believe he thought he would be the one everyone had a crush on. Luckily he didn't need immunity to stay safe. It could easily have gone the other way if Robb went back.

I agree that Matthew wanted Rob to win immunity to solidify himself in the final four by keeping Rob with him.

I think Heidi was bidding with the intent of trying to give her win to Jenna - but was stupid enough to bid against her in the process. Jenna is such a princess that she honestly thought she deserved news from home more than anyone else. I couldn't believe they offered a second letter - but it probably saved Christy from a lot of grief.

Jenna went on Survivor knowing her mother's condition and that she wouldn't have news - expecting everyone to let her have the news was so incredibly selfish. I didn't see Jenna sharing her candy or any of the other stuff she's won ( oh, except a cookie, but that was Alex's idea). However she is very quick to accuse others of selfishness. Remember when she got so mad because Dana and ?(I forgot his name) were still hungry after their little melted ice cream sundaes? Jenna has been mad about every award that someone other than her has won. I've never seen her think of anyone other than herself.

Well, now that Rob has turned against his stated alliance, perhaps we will see the end of the "brat" twins. They really need to go! Heidi looks like if she doesn't get some nurishment soon, she will dry up and blow away! And if Jenna really that concerned about her mom, she wouldn't mind being voted out, so she can get the info she so desparately needs. They were right about one thing... Jenna does use sex as a weapon.... that was exactly why she did that pathetic crying that got Jeff to agree to a second bid for the letters. Don't tell me that girl doesn't know EXACTLY what she is doing!

That one cracked me up, too! :D

My thoughts were that Jenna should have stayed home if her Mom was that ill and she knew it would be at least 40 days before she had contact with her family.

I would love for Heidi and Jenna to be the ones to get the boot next!

What I want to know is if it was anyone other than Heidi or Jenna would Jeff have offered the second chance for a letter from home?
Rob never even got to win anything.

I truly hope that next week the stick twins get separated(one of them voted off). That would show them that 'cute' doesnt always get you everything you want. And doesnt Heidi look like something just coming out of a concentration camp.

Arlene, Rob did get something; a protein bar, I think? It was during the speeded-up segment of the auction.

Agreed that Jenna is incapable of thinking of anyone beyond herself......it cracked me up that in next week's preview, she accuses Rob of only thinking of himself by switching alliances...what she means is, you weren't thinking of ME! LOL Sad thing is, she may never 'get it'. She'll simply write off any public criticism such as this as jealousy because of her good looks.

Rob's stock went way up in my book after last night--I think he's playing the game really well, he's there to win (which is why he switched allegiences in the first place). I hope the jury remembers that when they vote.

DH and I also couldn't believe that people didn't pool their money for food, or even possibly work out a plan on the letters from home. And I expected Jenna to take off her clothes at the sight of the PB & chocolate. Not that anyone of us would want to look at her skeleton now!

I'm so psyched things went the way they did last night! At least Alex was a good sport--it's going to be REAL interesting to see how the bimbos react next week!

"Forget about Matt voting for himself as most needing therapy. How about voting for himself as most likely one to for the rest of the group to have a crush on?"

Just shows how much therapy he does indeed need. LOL Seriously, I think he threw the challenge.

I missed the first half of the show
:( :(

"And doesnt Heidi look like something just coming out of a concentration camp."

Yeah except for those humongous hooters- can I say that?
 Those are so NOT real

As much as I like Christie and Butch, Rob really deserves to win. He's playing the game sooooooo well.

Jenna just made me sick yesterday. She bought 2 food items and depleted her funds and then was pissed that Christie won the bid for the letter? Well maybe if she hadn't wasted all her money on chocolate and peanut butter she could have had her letter (which she got any way which I don't think she should have. The men should have outbid her!).

Can't wait for next week.

Oh but everybody felt sorry for poor Jenna. Her mother is sick. Then she shouldnt have gone on the show and left her. If Jeff didnt offer the second letter for bid then everyone would have been pissed at Christy for winning the bid. Hey...she didnt get food did she....and heaven for bid if she said no to the second letter going up for bid.

Arlene

Hands down this was the best episode of Survivor this season. Where to begin?? Rob definitely scored some brownie points with me after following through with his promises for a change. I think if he was wavering at all Alex's comments sealed the deal. I can't believe the arrogance of Alex, Jenna and Heidi! Did you see their reaction to the final vote...priceless. Even better was Christy's smirk! I felt bad that Christy didn't get any food. It seems like there wasn't as many items to bid on this year. They better pick off Jenna and Heidi next. What will one do without the other?!?!

Can't wait until next week!!!

I would like to see Rob and one of the stick twins to go to the end and then see Rob win. He definetely played the game the way it should be played. Richard Hatch II but more in the open.

Arlene

I think it was Rob who nailed it when he said last night that Christie probably got grief from girls like Sticks and Twigs all her life. When she let Jeff put another letter up for bid, Christie showed more kindness toward them than I've seen them show toward Christie the entire time.

The only thing that would have made last night's vote better would have been to see one of the "cute ones" go.

I guess the only question now is, which one will be the first to go? And how, oh how, will the other survive among the "ugly people?" :p

And I'm sure the Bimbos only see that as something they're entitled to...Jenna's only comment was how she couldn't believe Christy outbid Heidi.

Did you hear when Jenna was saying that she's an only child, and stays home with her parents every night and doesn't seem to have many friends (geez, ya think?)? That might "explain" her a bit...

I totally agree!

Before last night's show, I told my family that if it the Rob, Alex, Jenna and Heidi alliance held and they'd end up in the final 4, I was NOT going to watch any more shows. Last night was fantastic! At first I didn't like Rob, but he's growing on me. I'd still like to see Christy or Butch win, but I wouldn't mind if Rob wins. Just as long as it's not Jenna or Heidi! Their behavior is horrendous.

WOW! I wholeheartedly agree, this episode was the best of the season. Rob has always been a favorite of mine. I could see he knew how to play the game early on. Matthew said it best when he said, I know how to survive out here but Rob knows the game inside and out.

Oh Jenna (so self-absorbed)...you wanted the peanut butter and candy bar so bad, you didn't even think might what have come after that. I don't want to say she is a typical only child because my dh is an only but she lives up to the stereotypical only child...getting want she wants and if she doesn't get it, she will cry and whine until someone gives in.

I hope the CBS crew gives Christie one heck of a make-up for the finale'
