Survivor 23--South Pacific--No Spoilers**Wed 9/14**

So like a pp I went to ponderosa and watched the videos of Cochrans home coming. I have to say that.....those people (Whitney, Keith, Jim, and Dawn) were beyond rude and were acting like kids.

They treated him awful and he made a bold move in a game that had him lasting longer than them! They need to get over it. Its a game.....not real life. They would have double crossed him in a heart beat and been proud of themselves. They just cant get over the fact that he did it to them before they could do it to them. I have absolutely no respect for them what so ever.

You can't be surpprised. They had a plan in place and he did backstab them all and it realy din't get him anywhere. At the time of the Ponderosa videos this would have all been still pretty fresh in their minds.

I have read an interview with Keith and he said that at this point he had no problems with Cochrane.

Right - Cochran messed up THEIR plan to get farther in the game so that HE (Cochran) could get farther. Cochran knew they were only keeping him around so their tribe would have the numbers to vote out Coach's tribe and then Cochran would be the first to go. Maybe they would have gotten rid of Cochran once they had enough of a majority that they didn't have to worry about anyone from Coach's tribe making it to the final 3 at all, in which case Cochran would have been long gone. Cochran figured out his odds, didn't like them, and made a bold move. He was voted out in 7th, which is where he would have ended up if Ozzy's tribe had kept him around that long. Cochran knew there was a chance Ozzy's tribe would vote him out once they had enough of a majority, well before 7th. That's why he made his bold move.

Right it really didn't get him anywhere.

Right it really didn't get him anywhere.

No, his move "guaranteed" him 7th and more money. Had he stayed with his original tribe, they could have voted him out 5th or 6th, once they had enough of a majority to control the other tribe. 7th got him more money than 5th or 6th.

Nothing was guaranteed and he still got no further than the last person in either tribe. All he got was abother few days of the per diem.

Every day you survive in the game is a good thing. You never know how things can change. Sure we know in the end that Cochrane didn't end up benefiting by his double-cross, but as we've seen in the past, the tides can change, making the underdogs the upper hand. Which season was it where there were four survivors that clearly saw the writing on the wall by the chopping order in a challenge and managed to turn the tables on the majority tribe? It was the one with an older male survivor and a younger female survivor that formed a bond. I know I'm vague, but maybe somebody remember the season to which I'm referring.

Branden and Coach are so full of crap. Man they are hard to listen to.

Why because they are Christians and they pray for guidance. I think that awesome:thumbsup2

No because they are full of it. Branden possibly believes what he is saying but Coach is just using this as a way to play Branden.

And Branden is just loco enough to believe what Coach tells him.

I gained a lot of respect for both Brandon and Coach tonight:thumbsup2

Really:confused3 What, exactly did they do to gain so much respect from you???

Was it coach voting out Brandon that makes you respect them so much? Just curious?

This was the most interesting tribal council in a longggggg time!!!!!

Cant wait for the final show Sunday night.

I agree.

I liked them both in the beginning...but not now.

Coach is just a bit full of himself, and Brandon is a phoney...just my opinion, of course.

The fact that they are both Christians has nothing to do with why I don't care for them (as was mentioned by another pp).

Fun fun fun! Glad Edna didn't beat Ozzy as I am looking forward to him possibly returning...though it would be all kinds of BIBLICAL fury if Brandon came back!

Of course Brandon's name kept popping into his head..that's who he had wanted to vote out and this way God got blamed, not him. He didn't want the guilt, and he knew Brandon would accept it if he said God made him do it.

Coach made a promise and broke it. IMO it's that simple.

Coach did what he thought it was right for him. Brandon made HIS choice on his own. Coach didn't promised anything, he said whatever god tell him, he played the same card as Brandon.

Albert is the snake, he knew he was in trouble and he said that he had to scramble, so he knew Brandon's weak spot, his faith, he went and 'lobby' Brandon, he could had told him I don't want your necklace, all I want is your vote, but No! He took advantage of his faith or whatever, phony or not, I don't know, I'm not a religious person so I guess all people that talk about their faith and their god is phony, well I can't judge them.
Albert could had giving the necklace back if he was an honest person, but he is not, he played the faith card just like many other phony people do.

I think that it would be hilarious if Brandon beat Ozzy and ended up in the final three.

If Brendan was stupid enough to give up the necklace then he deserved to go

What kills me is how cult like coach has gotten into the minds of others. So much so that instead of flushing out the idol knowing he has it they just let him pass along with it and god forbid a hit of voting against the master. good lord. How old is he? Still playing with dragons? Someone tell him they are imaginary

And speaking of coach. Why the hell is he wearing stockings?
