Survivor 20**HvV**No SPOILER THREAD**

I thinnk I'd like to have a drink with Jeff Probst.

If that is how it went down, he clearly outmanuvered Rob. Waiting until the last possible second to change someone's vote is brilliant. And why would he even do that? Did someone tell Russell how they were voting or did he figure it out himself?

It's hard to tell what really happens because of how little we get to see.

He mentioned that he figured the vote would be 3-3-3 to flush out the idol and force a tie.

Now that I think about it....the editing made it seem like Russell flopped Tysons vote. But I wonder if that was even the case. It seemed like Tyson was uncomfortable being part of the 3 way tie to begin with. Just knowing the ego he has and stuff, I bet he decided to vote Parvati out long before Russell even talked to him because he figured Russell would just use the idol himself. Why risk a tie and revote if you can get someone out on the first vote. He even mentioned that in his confessional which appeared to occur before Russell talked to him.

The editing on this show makes it so hard to ever figure out exactly what is going on.

Totally off-topic from last night's show, but someone just sent this to me in an email, and I thought I'd share it. I'm sure the moms on this thread will get a kick out of it!;)
THE NEXT SURVIVOR SERIES
Six married men will be dropped on an island with one car and 3 kids each for six weeks. Each kid will play two sports and either take music or dance classes. There is no fast food.

Each man must take care of his 3 kids; keep his assigned house clean, correct all homework, and complete science projects, cook, do laundry, and pay a list of 'pretend' bills with not enough money. In addition, each man will have to budget in money for groceries each week.

Each man must remember the birthdays of all their friends and relatives, and send cards out on time--no Emailing.

Each man must also take each child to a doctor's appointment, a dentist appointment and a haircut appointment. He must also make biscuits or cakes for a social function.

Each man will be responsible for decorating his own assigned house, planting flowers outside and keeping it presentable at all times.

The men will only have access to television when the kids are asleep and all chores are done.

The men must shave their legs, wear makeup daily, adorn himself with jewellery, wear uncomfortable yet stylish shoes, keep fingernails polished and eyebrows groomed.

During one of the six weeks, the men will have to endure severe abdominal cramps, back aches, and have extreme, unexplained mood swings but never once complain or slow down from other duties.

They must attend weekly school meetings, church, and find time at least once to spend the afternoon at the park or a similar setting.

They will need to read a book to the kids each night and in the morning, feed them, dress them, brush their teeth and comb their hair by 8:00 am.

A test will be given at the end of the six weeks, and each father will be required to know all of the following information: each child's birthday, height, weight, shoe size, clothes size and doctor's name. Also the child's weight at birth, length, time of birth, and length of labour, each child's favourite colour, middle name, favourite snack, favourite song, favourite drink, favourite toy, biggest fear and what they want to be when they grow up.

All the above must be completed whilst working in either full time (preferably) or part time employment to assist in the financial input for the family.

The kids vote them off the island based on performance. The last man wins only if... he still has enough energy to be intimate with his spouse at a moment's notice. If the last man does win, he can play the game over and over and over again for the next 18-25 years eventually earning the right To be called Mom!

I agree. I know Russ was making a play at getting Coach's vote, but I don't see it happening. Coach seems pretty loyal to Rob and suprisingly Jerri. And Jerri HATES Parvati, so I don't see her switching. Sandra also seems tight with Rob. Courtney will follow the majority, so I still seeing Russ as being in trouble unless there is a merge. I don't think we will see a merge until 11 players, so another 2 weeks.

Russell's only real move at this point is to try and get Coach, so of course we will see that play out. I doubt the other players would be stupid enough to not realize that....but the editing will probably make it a lot more dramatic than it actually is.

Whatever happens, it will be fun to watch :thumbsup2

I'm a little confused about the statements of Coach being loyal to Rob. I thought that Coach had pledged his loyalty to Russell. Remember when Russell showed Coach his hidden immunity idol, and Coach was so overwhelmed by the trust Russell was showing him that he, Coach, knelt down in the sand to be 'knighted' by Russell?

I think that Russell's little spiel to Coach at Tribal Council was simply saying, in essence: "See, stay loyal to me and I will be loyal to you, even to giving up the immunity idol".

I also agree that last night's was a great episode. It was a blast seeing Rob and Russell attempt to out-think each other. I hope both make it to the merge.

Kudo's to Russell for such a gutsy play.

Go Rob! He is an awesome player and I am glad he is still in the game!

I was kinda glad to see Tyson go last night. I did not like him, no affection whatsoever for him in his season. I thought he was a creep. He really messed up his alliances plans because of a self-centered desire to be 'the guy who voted Parvati off.' So like him-all about him. C-ya!

And for those that say he didn't outmanuever Rob, I disagree. He got one of Rob's people to change his vote.

ITA. He knew what Rob was up to, and worked to stop it. He outplayed him. I think he will outlast him too.

I love tribal councils with Russell and his sneaky moves! :happytv:

The spoiler boot list I have seen has correctly predicted all the votes to date.
