Surprising family with a limo ride!

I decided to use Happy Limo to pick us up at the airport when we arrive on November 20th. I can't wait to see the looks on my kids' faces! And my husband will be looking at me like, "Uhh, how much did THIS cost?" LOL
I decided to use them after reading some of the reviews on the board. Just wanted to share my excitement! I can't believe my trip is only 67 days away!

We were travelling with good friends last March, and the other mom and I did this; the memory is one of the highlights of our trip for the whole family! When the limo pulled up in front of our hotel, the men said jokingly, "So this is ours?" When we told them yes, I thought they would fall over...and the kids were so excited they could hardly stand it. You won't be disappointed, I promise, and it is one of those splurges that really makes a memory!

I surprised my family with a Happy Limo in June and they LOVED it. Will definitely do it again.
And my DH is one who analyzes every aspect of the situation--after computing what we saved in airfare, he announced "this limo was a great idea!" Wouldn't have mattered to me anyway--you've got to experience life's finer points when you can.
And as I always remind him, the days we spend on our WDW vacations are some of the most wonderful family moments we have each year. You can't put a price tag on that!!

We are back from our trip and the limo ride was GREAT! We all loved it and it was an excellent way to start off the trip. Service was perfect and they even had Lion King 1 1/2 playing for the kids. I highly recommend Happy Limo!!

Hi,

Sorry but in my experience Happy Limousines were the worst experience we had in the US. I surprised my family on my wedding anniversary, I had arranged champagne on the return journey and all that we got was hot soda that the company could not even be bothered to chill. 'Hey I'm only the driver' was the response and the company stated I could take it up with the owner....when he returned from his vacation. If we wanted we could have a credit of $0.75 each for the soda. kinda poor once the suprise and special day has been ruined, BEWARE HAPPY LIMOUSINES!!!

i am doing that also for my daughter she has never been in one and is in love with them, not in disney though i found a limo co here that takes and picks up from the airport for 5 bucks more then a taxi-couldn't pass that up

cheshirecat74sc, Glad to hear your family loved the limo. Can you tell me what the cost was? And is it per person? We are flying down in Jan and taking the Cruise. Now I am debating on renting a car or being chauffered to the port.

Chasbos - The total cost (tip was included in the price) was $120 for a ride from the airport to the hotel. We just loved it! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We also did this in October-our cost for return trip was $218 less coupon and it included all taxes, tolls and gratuity.
