Surprises for kids in room on arrival day

We will be at POR Riverside in the Royal Guest Rooms. I would love to get my daughter a Tiana dress and have it waiting in the room when we check in. I know there is a place to call to have special things delivered but would they do a
Princess dress? Also, would it cost me a lot extra to have them do it or should I have my in-laws (who are arriving a day early) to get it to our resort and ask them at the desk to place it in our room?

Neat idea!
It is Disney Floral and gifts that can do it. I know the earhat/autograph combo really isn't anymore than just buying it. Only way to find out would be to ask them =)

They very likely won't put anything in your room before arrival/check-in because it's not 'your' room until you check in and are assigned to it. Things happen.

I had heard the same- if you want Disney floral to delivery before your arrival, it will be waiting at Check In
