We are so excited! We put a wait for our first visit home for December 13 through the 18 and we got it. :thewave:
It's funny, because we weren't really relying on it, since it was a last minute request. We preferred December, so we are stoked now! We are doing our newtron dance :cool1:
MS was great and patient with me, as I was trying to decide which room, and even hotel, since others came through. :hyper: As of last Friday, we were counting down our counter till May, since we thought that's when we would go. But we were talking about how great it would be to see all the decorations, for the first time at Disney (well we both saw it as kids, but too little to remember), and first time at our new home BWV.
We did Universal last cmas and it was the best thing. The parks there weren't crowded, and all the cm were so nice. Something about that pixie dust I guess that has us more thrilled about seeing Disney at Christmas though :earboy2:
We got our tickets ordered for mvmcp for the 14th. That sounds like so much fun! What's the earliest someone was able to enter? (we are planning on not using our hopper ticket that day, and instead enjoy the sights at the villa, and just come in for the event). I know they say 7, but I have been reading that some folks get in at 4:30.
Has anyone tried to call ahead from the your resort to see if they will actually tell you on the phone if they are letting you in earlier than the ticket states? I'm so worried we won't get everything down that night. Do you think there is enough time to see all the special shows, and still have time to buy the gifts that are only available that night?

Hi,

Have a great time!!!! Report back!

Allison

7pm is the actual start time of the event. If you are in the park prior, they have people giving out the wrist bands. If you are just coming in, you do have to wait is a VERY long line. In the past, we have scheduled our character dinner for the last dining time (5:45??) at the Winnie the Pooh place (sorry don't remember the name). We them would tell the wait staff that we need our wrist band and they would bring it to us. Then it is our the door for the celebration. Be sure to get your pin, they do a differant one each night of the celebration.

Enjoy!

Kim
