So I have a question about sci fi do they show anything or is it just great food

It's like a outdoor theater. The screen shows old time sci fi movie clips and you sit in old time cars. The waiters wear sock hop type clothes and were great in Sept. We had a great time, but Kadence's day was defiantly made when the waitress brought her a glow in the dark Sci Fi cup filled with Carmel Corn and her very own drivers license!

The malts were awesome! We got them in place of desert. I don't know about others, but we are always to stuffed for desert. It's a great option!

I do want to try Sc fi some day...just not enough time..I need more days and longer hours..
Are you planning outfits yet? I've been selling and buying today!
I need to stop or Claire will need a month long trip to wear them all.

Yeah, I'm not getting Kadence on TOT. She's be like a cat that you were trying to bathe. Holding on to the doorway into the ride!

I hit an awesome rummage sale today, the people are DVC members and I got Kadence a pink 2011 Disneyworld sweatshirt, for $2! They last went in Dec and that's when it was bought! It's brand new! I also got 3 GAP sweatshirts ( like new! Pink, white and brown, all fluffy), 3 sundresses and cute skirt. All for $20. It was a good day!

We have staff meetings, and end of the year reports to run. I hope to be totally done by this friday.



They ( the school board) took away our spring break and Oct 4 day weekends. I and a lot of other staff feels we really need that Oct break to just get a rest from the begining of the year crazines, and Spring Break I think eveyone needs a mental break after the long WI winters.

We now start After Labor Day. I don't mind that, but I also like getting out early.


My DD goes until June 7th. She doesn't think it's fair I'm done and she isn't. It gives me time for Disney stuff without her around!

That's really rotten about taking away Spring Break. I agree, everyone - students and staff - needs some time off that time of year. Maddie's last day is June 7th, too. I decided that we're not going to have her go that day and just surprise her here at home before we leave for the airport so she won't actually be at school that day. She won't be missing anything as school is only in session from 8-11 that day and we would pick her up about 8:30-8:40 anyway.

Madison schools go through a whole extra week from us as they have like 2 and a half weeks off for winter/xmas break.

That sounds like such a fun day! That's an awesome plan for Toy Story Mania... you have to get what you can out of that ride before the MADNESS begins!

Sci-Fi is so fun!! That place has such an awesome atmosphere.

I've been seeing a lot of Art of Animation stuff today and it's making me want to stay there so badly! It looks awesome! Yall are so lucky... AND you get a Mermaid room!!! Jealous!

I just got next years schedule, and we have no time off from Sept4th until Thanksgiving! I think that that's gonna be tough.
In fact, my district has no extra days off other than holidays this next year, those are cut as short as possible. I'm so glad I be going away to Disney in Nov.

We're back from our trip and I'm trying to get caught up with all my subscriptions. We drove past Art of Animation several times over the course of the week and it looks awesome from the road. I can just imagine how great it looks up close.

I am slowly, outfitting Kadence for our trip. I was going to take photos of her wearing some of these, but she’s smarter than the average bear, and would start asking why we’re taking pictures.
I’ve been looking for a special something for her to wear to MVMCP and I’ve found the design that will be on her shirt. John and I will also get shirts to match. I think I will have the name embroidered under the Mickey head, instead of on top.

Also, a very nice DIS’er will be make Kadence a bow that matches her shirt out of these ribbons. Too Cute!

I found this Chip & Dale shirt and am thinking about what to pair it with. I think it would fit best on our AK day. My MIL is attempting to make a twirl skirt for Kadence for a different outfit, so maybe if that one turns out, I can beg her to make one for this shirt.

Kadence loves her Perry shirt, so of course it will come along. I have a nice DIS’er that offered to make a skirt for it, once she’s settles into her new house, I’ll bug her about it!

John picked out this shirt, so he says it comes along as well. I can’t even think what to pair this with. I’ve got time.

She wore this to Disney in Sept. I think it perfect for a MK day, but when we get closer I’ll have to see if it’s getting to short. Kadence is growing quickly, and is becoming all legs. I have to get her a new shirt, as her tank top is a bit snug now,

I got this shirt at Walmart, and while you can’t really see, all the dots and Mickey heads are sparkly. I found the skirt at Children’s Place and there are sparkly things around the bottom that match nicely. I’m so afraid of something happening to the skirt, that I haven’t let Kadence wear it yet.

I got this at a Justice Outlet store, $7.00! I figure if it’s cold she can wear leggings and a shrug. She loves this type of dress, as its kind floaty. That’s her words!

I got this at Disney in Sept, and as soon as I get it taken in, and the straps shortened, she has this to wear.

I’m being very naughty, and looking around at esty and other place for a few other things. I have to behave, and wait until Sept to really buy (when I start back at work) but there’s nothing wrong with looking!

My MIL is also attempting to make an Alice in Wonderland costume for Kadence. My MIL makes doll clothes for American Girl size dolls, and has done alterations on wedding dresses in the past, so she has a sewing history. Kadence knows about it, as she has decided to be Alice for Halloween here, but it will be perfect for MNSSHP and our breakfast at 1900 PF.

I wish I knew how the weather’s gonna be, as I’ve seen a couple halter type dresses that I think are so cute.

I love the clothes. You are going to need a clothing schedule too!
We have the pink Mickey head dress as well. We love it and as long as she doesn't get it stained up this summer, it's coming along. I did shorten our straps as well.
We also have that white princess skirt...she had to have it when we bought it and has worn it like twice because se "just doesn't really like it anymore"...UGH. Too bad, she is going to wear it this summer at least to get some use out of it. At the time we bought it I was buying several cute clearance clothing items, but that one was more expensive than most of the other sna she just loved it, so I broked down and got it. She is going on a girls day with Paige today, so maybe I'll put that on her!

BTW, The weather will be hit or miss. The begining part of your trip should be warmer, but we have been in Mid-November a few times and wear jeans and sweatshirts at night. Durning the day you should be able to wear a Tshirt and shorts, but will want to change once the sun goes down.
