I figured this might be the best place for this post-
My DBF is obese, 300 lbs I would estimate and he's only 5'6. He works 90+ hours a week at two full time jobs and does not eat healthy. Most likely because he is never home.
He is starting to have major health problems along with a knee injury from work that's exacerbated by the excess weight. He's a health care provider and knows that it's not healthy.
So he just bought a motorcycle and he knows that he would enjoy it more if he lost weight. I think that he's a little more motivated now. He knows what he has to do, last summer he bought a bicycle and enjoyed riding but exercise definitely isn't his thing. He knows what he needs to do.
Is there anything that I can do to support him that you guys found especially helpful? I've never had to lose weight like this before.
Thanks and Good luck!
