Sunsol hotel?

Does anyone have an opinion about Sunsol? I can get 2 nights for $175 total during spring break which seems too good to be true. We currently have the Holiday Inn across from universal booked for $277 total. I figured we'd be using Uber to/from the parks due to some medical issues so we didn't need to be super close. I'm hesitating booking Sunsol because it's non refundable and seems too good to be true. Any downsides you know of?

Holiday Inn is a decent place

I ended up splurging and booked Cabana Bay instead for $388. Spring break is crazy expensive.
