Sunshine Rewards Credit Problems???

(it was suggested that I bring this over from the budget board...i'm getting so frustrated, cannot understand why I'm having this problem!)
Anyone else having "issues" getting credited for purchases made over the Xmas season on Sunshine rewards .

I'm told mine aren't appearing...had one or two not appear in the past; but I was very careful about making large purchases thru the site & they are not showing as valid transactions.

It's getting old...

I'm still going back & forth; not sure if issue is "dead" if so, i guess it's time to investigate other sites...

just wondering if i'm the only one having problems?

I haven't had any problems. Everything usually shows. I have one trouble ticket outstanding right now but Tricia responded immediately that she would look into it. I have always been very pleased with the responses I have gotten.

I have had every purchase I have made go through. Some have taken longer then others. And I have done trouble tickets but Eveything has come through. I wonder what could be the problem?

I haven't had any problems with shopping credits through sunshinerewards, however, I did have a problem through another program a while back. It turns out, that even though I clicked through that program and placed my order through that click, I had a cookie on my computer from a message board from previously clicking on a link posted on the board to the same shopping site. So, the shopping message board got credit for my order rather than the rewards program that I shopped through. I don't know if this is what happened to you or not, but it is a possibility.

also if you have any toolbars installed on your computer such as the Google bar they will "steal" the sale from the original site and take the credit it themselves.
I have never really had any trouble with SR, i just had a trouble ticket, but turns out it was my mistake not theirs!

No trouble with buying things BUT I do have a trouble ticket out for Stamps.com but at this point I am guessing it will not be solved .

Other then that one problem SR has been great .

I think I had 1 or 2 minor crediting problems over the holidays, but 1 Tricia resolved already. The other is still out there, but it's only for about .40, so I'm not stressing about it. I did probably about 10 shopping transactions thru SR for Christmas, and all the others did show up. Maybe you have some sort of cookies problem with your computer? I just did 4-5 shops thru SR in the last 10 days and all of them have gone thru without a problem. I hope it gets fixed for you- I think SR is great!

I have only done 2 "shoppings" through SR. The first one was Snapfish at the beginning of January. I still have not received credit and I filled out a trouble ticket a couple of days, but haven't had any acknowledgement of it. I also ordered my checks through one of the links, but that was just last week, so we will wait and see if it credits before I do any more.

uh-oh...

never thought of "cookies"; did remove the google toolbar though several months ago.

guess i'll need to dump my cookies before I make purchases via SR.

okay, i usually get credit for things so it's not really my problem but how do you clear cookies? I sometimes shut the computer down because I just don't know what to do. HELP

What I do is go to start (click) find run (click) type in cookies and then delete all you see. Also delte them in your trash bin.

just because you deleted the toolbar doesnt mean its not still lurking in your system stealing your credits... i suggest you get adaware and spybot search and destroy to scan your computer and weed out the little buggers that are hiding in there!

I looked, didn't see anything...

do have new Norton system installed (has spyware removal,etc.)....

Also, didn't know you had to empty cookies out of the recycle bin too.

I have had very few problems with crediting but when I went to dump my cookies I had like 2000 things in there. oops. So I deleted them all. Thank you!!!
