Sunset Safari

Hi there! DH, DS2 and I are going in December and I was thinking of doing the safari in the day time and at sunset. I've read a lot of reviews here saying it's best to ride at dusk. If sunset is around 5:30 and we have a fastpass for 5-6 let's say, what time should I jump in the ride?

If sunset is 5:30, then your 5-6pm FP+ is great. What animals you see is partly random luck, so no way to know if you'd see more or less at 5:35pm vs 5:50pm. It's just a really neat view to see everything as the sun is just about to set...and yes in our experience the animals have at least seemed more active. So anytime in your window will be perfect.
