Sunray Transportaion !!

We used Sunray for the long weekend. They were great! I wasn't sure we would be able to book a car service because it was a last minute request. I tried another service and they weren't able to fit us in, but it was less than 48 hours so I wasn't surprised. When I called Sunray it was no problem at all. Our flight landed 20 minutes early and he knew about that, but then we were delayed on the monorail to baggage claim. He was waiting right at the bottom of the escalator. He helped with our bags, which some sevices don't do and we didn't feel rushed. He had a big truck-I think it was a suburban. It was very comfortable and clean and it fit all of our groceries that we picked up from the free grocery stop with no problem. The drive was pleasant, he wasn't a speed racer and I was very relaxed. He dropped us off and helped again with our bags.
It was $90 roundtrip which is a great rate and well worth it. When he came to pick us up to go back for the return trip he was early even though there was a huge thunderstorm going on. I have used 3 or 4 of the car services and luckily have never had a problem like I hear about on these boards but for $90 I'm sticking with Sunray. I have a bad back so helping with the bags is a big plus for me and I'm always travelling with just the kids. I didn't feel like i was putting him out by having a grocery stop-which was nice, especially since we were a last minute reservation.

A truck? Did you sit up front with him in the cab????
Ooops..never mind, I just looked up a picture of what a Suburban looks like. I'm so glad you liked them because I've read such good things about them and am using them in October. They're email communications have been excellent!!!

sorry, it was a suburban i think-maybe its called a big suv but i sat in the back seat and the 2 kids sat in the very back-3rd row i guess
then there was room for luggage and groceries behind the 3rd row
it was very clean and new with leather seats

We've just returned from 9 nights at the WL last night and we also used Sunray for the first time from the Kissimmee Amtrak station. Nothing but good, excellent service. Our train was 3 1/2 hours late and Roger was there waiting with a sign with our name on it. It was also the Chevy suburban, new, runnig and very cool inside. He's a co-owner and in native to the US, we did the grocery stop, Publix with an ABC store right next door, quick in and out and got all our supplies. He handled all our bags, open doors for us and on returning to station after our stay was 15 minutes early than scheduled, same as before, did all the baggage handling was very neat, clean vehicle, professional all the way.

We felt the price was right with the grocery stop, cost us more to rent a car, or even use a cab than using Sunrays services. Would used them again in a heart beat, have used 2 other companies with poor success and have used the cab system a few times, again with poor success, nothing beats having an american speaking person waiting in a cool, running clean vehicle, and knowing your dying to get on property with less fuss and quick service as possible. Sunray has my vote.
