summer vacation plans

So far our plans include just one main vacation, and then probably a few day trips here and there to the beach.

End of June/early July:
Drive to MIL's in San Jose, CA for 1 night
Go to San Diego and SeaWorld 1 night
Disneyland for 4 nights
Back to MIL's for 1 night
Up to Weaverville, CA (N.CA) for 3 nights for a family get together for July 4th.
Come home on the 4th or 5th of July.

Serious road trip. The gas prices are gonna kill me, but driving is the only way to do this kind of trip! :moped:

I'm taking my daughters to NYC for five days in June, and to Disney's Hilton Head for five days in July. Those are my only trips, but DD17 also has a week in SC building Habitat houses, and DD12 has a month at camp. They both have another beach week with their dad and stepmom -hmmmm, maybe I'll do something while they are at the beach!!!!

A week in Williamsburg at the end of June, a weekend at Hershey in July and a week at my sister's house in Texas in the beginning of September.

Flying to Salt Lake City, then up thru the Wasatche-Cache Forest and into Idaho to do some nature watching.

Two weeks with our best friends and their family at Bethany Beach, DE in July... can't wait!!

June 30-July 5 (6days) White Mountains, NH
Aug 12-26 (14days) Disney World

In June, we will be going to WDW for a week and in late July, we are going to a beach in MD for a week. Then August is back to reality-I will be taking a graduate course, planning/tweaking some lessons for the upcoming school year and getting by classroom ready.

We'll be hitting the Sierra Nevada again this year. We have six nights camping in Sequoia, followed by three nights in a cabin in Yosemite. We're going with my ex-SiL & her family so should have a great time. :sunny:

Well, looks like we have the most exciting summer vacation plans of all, nothing. We are moving in June, DS starts marching band in July and that takes up our whole summer this year. We are hoping to maybe get a couple days at the Wisconsin Dells but that is about it.

Heading to WDW the day after our school gets out! :cool1:

Also, going on our annual trip to Mackinaw City in July.

DH is going on a fishing trip in August while I do a casino trip with the girls!!

Nothing too exciting here....

We're taking a long weekend in OKC to take the kids to the zoo and circus in June. We'll spend the week at my parents' in West Texas for the 4th of July and then take another long weekend to DFW in July to celebrate DS's birthday and attend another Kenny Chesney concert. :cool1: In August, we'll spend a week in San Antonio hanging out at the resort and going to Sea World. DH really wants to do Disney instead, but I think we'll try to hold off until early next year for another major trip.

Memorial day weekend going to New York City.

July 4th week going to all inclusive in Mexico

September going to Disney for a week.

Long weekend camping alone with DH in June at Shenandoah National Park and seeing Monticello.
Long weekend with good friend in July in Cape May
Week with all the kids (when they aren't busy with their own social plans!) in Chincoteague, Va.
Also, my brother and his family are coming to PA in July so we'll take time off then to do some day trips with them.

A busy summer!!

Wow, some of you get a lot more vac. time than me...sniff, sniff.

We went to FL in March. In AUgust we're going to Maine. In between a few weekends in the RV.
