That would be nice! Let's get that dining discount to 20% and the merchandise one to 30%, like it just was for AP holders!!!

Was merchandise 30% off? When we were there last week and I asked that the DVC discount be applied to dining, I was asked a lot if I was an AP because their discount was better for the time being.

Under the AP special days, yes it was! Not sure when those end. Same with dining, it was raised for AP.

Those did not apply to DVC…and that has happened in the past where AP ran a promotion but DVC didn’t.

That’s why I am hoping that they are planning to do for us what they did for AP holders….

I wonder if it is going to be a DVC member reception so guides can pitch current properties on sale. You get a drink, a snack and info on the cabins. Maybe discounts on cash bookings for several weeks this summer. Geez - teasing us about this and the Island Tower.

They're already doing that, it's called a Member Update I think. I don't know about a drink but you go to Riviera and they talk to you about using your membership, try to sell you more points, and give you a small gift (a little satchel).

Water is all they offer. I brought my own drink from Bar Riva

Nuts, most of the benefits are on weekdays only. Still, the mobile order discount is nice!

Interesting that WDW Magic didn't mention it in their post, but BlogMickey specifically mentions in their post (https://blogmickey.com/2024/06/dvc-announces-summertime-welcome-home-weeks/) that the Mobile Order discount is one-time-use.

So you get to save 20% once.

They're very explicit that each thing is a one time thing. Limit one ice cream per person per week. Etc. Lolol the generosity
