Suggestions offsite villa with pool

We are thinking of going to the Orlando area in March 2013. We would like to visit Universal for two days and Siesta Key Beach. We have stayed at Windsor Hills in a condo the last two visits and loved the place! This time we would like to try a villa with private pool. The kids also like to meet kids at the community pool............so we are looking for a villa with pool, place with a community pool, prefer gated community, decent price. We don't mind a 20 minute drive to Universal.

Choices include Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Emerald Island and Reunion Resort. Probably get the better price at Emerald Island.

Don't get too hung up on gated communities -in August there were 2 burglaries on EI

One person was arreseted in May for burglary there too

We stayed at WH with Romancing the Mouse and had no complaints. Very friendly, responsive folks.
