Suggestions for HS and AK

I need help deciding what FP to choose for Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. I have a 7yo DD and a 4 yo DD. My oldest is a daredevil (so I know we will choose Everest) and my youngest is a Frozen and animal lover. I'm somewhat familiar with AK because we were there 2 years ago (in pouring rain, so it was a bit of a blur) but I'm clueless on HS. I think my last visit to HS was in 1997!!!

HS: TSMM, TOT (for son), Star Tours. But assuming he's tall enough for RRC, go straight there at RD.
AK: KS, Everest (for son), Dinosaur (for son)

At DHS with my girls (ages 4 and 5), we plan to use our FP+ for Toy Story Midway Mania, Tower of Terror (I think we can convince my girls to try it), and the Frozen Sing Along (mostly be there wasn't really another choice that we really wanted....I have heard you don't really need FP for this).

We are going to Animal Kingdom at rope drop and don't plan to use FP+. However, with what you said, I would definitely do Expedition Everest and Kilimanjaro Safari. Not sure about a third as we don't tend to do much there. The only ride we have planned is Dinosaur (which I love...if you don't think your girls will be too scared, I would definitely FP that!).

My kids are 6 and like Kali River Rapids, Kilimanjaro Safari, Primeval Whirl and the Festival of the Lion King at AK
HS is all over the place right now. I would FP Toy Story and TOT. Other than that, maybe Star Tours if you have any interest?

If you get to AK at rope drop and head straight for Kilimanjaro Safari, you shouldn't need a FP for it. Keep in mind most people do the same thing, but still don't usually wait too long. Then you could use your three FP for Kali River Rapids, Everest and potentially Dinosaur (that one is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes there's a 5 minute wait while everything else has a long line, other times it can get a 30min+ wait. Just depends on the crowd) or It's Tough to be a Bug.

For HS, I'd choose Toy Story Mania for choice A. It can get a huge line (3hr+). Second choice for that would be Fantasmic-great show and it can fill up quickly! But I think you're better off using your 3 FP for rides and then trying to get a Fantasmic FP as your fourth FP at the park once the other 3 are used. Choice B at HS, probably Frozen sing-a-long and either Star Tours or Muppet Vision? Neither of them really need a FP, but you have another so use it! Otherwise Tower of Terror? Not sure if your girls are too young for that though!
