I bought a 4 day pass with waterparks and more. Here's the thing. We are going down tomorow for 2 nights. We want to go to BB and mayby TL. I want to save the theme parks for when we go in Dec. ? I have to activate the tickets before I can use any part of my package. I can only activate at a theme park. I really don't want to pay parking to park for 10min. Any suggestions. It'll be me DH DD5 DS15months. I was thinking we can always do lunch at a resort and take the bus or the monorail to the ticket booth. Thanks I appreciate any help I can get.:flower3: :flower3:

You can activate them at the water park.

Did you purchase the no expiration option on your passes? If not, then all the days (water parks and more as well as themem park days) will expire 14 days from the day your first activated them. You can still add the no expiration option at Guest services when your arrive (as long as you do it within that 14 day window.)

It sounds to me like you bought the special Florida Resident 4 day with WPF&M. If that is the case, that ticket has rules that are different from regular MYW tickets. You have 6 months from the day you exchange the voucher to use the ticket's admissions before it expires.

You can exchange that voucher at the water park's Guest Services as HanGay said. You can also do it at either of the two DTD Guest Relations locations as well as any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or any theme park ticket booth.

Thanks everyone.

GoldenOldie: your right I got them at AAA. On the back of the ticket it says to activate at theme parks.

I've called 2 different times. One said yes I had to activate at theme park.
I called again this morning and the new CM told me I could do it at the waterparks. I guess i'll check tomorow. My plans are to go on the 5th. I'm sure we'll be at DTD tomorow. That would be great if I could do it there. Thanks everyone.

I have activated AAA vouchers (exchanged them for tickets) at the TL ticket booths with no problem. Anything that can be done at any ticket booth or Guest Relations office that has to do with tickets on property can be done at any ticket booth including water parks and TTC. It is just some of the Guest Relations "service recovery" that we cannot do in a regular booth.
