Just curious..I'm working the whole no carb thing pretty hard and seeing fantastic results..(didn't have but 15lbs to lose, but I've noticed such a tremedous improvement that I may stay sugar free..)
I was wondering if most CS and TS have sugar free dessert options or are these limited to just certain places...some examples would be great.. a whole lot of sugar free jello isn't gonna cut it!

My mom is a diabetic and there were limited sugar free offerings. I think it was at Le Cellier that offered a sugar free desert option when she asked. So if it's not on a menu I would ask especially at a table service restaurant. Also at some of the CS places she was able to substitute a desert item for a small salad or soup or yogurt. That was on the DDP. Maybe others have found better option ideas for sugar free and low carb deserts. I would love to hear of them too for our next visit to Disney with my parents:)

the food courts have some sugar free jello and pudding options......plus alot of fruits.....which are high in natural sugars.
I am a diabetic and had to count my carbs when we went. 45 carbs per meal and 15 for snacks......so I counted that vs counting the sugars...

also ask even at the food courts for help with your dietary needs.......at pop century in Sept. I was looking and one of the managers asked if she could help and I said no....but was looking for smaller carb choices.....I asked if I could have the childs spaghetti and meatball dinner vs an adult one and he said no problem....I was not on a dining plan so it worked for me....
