Resort Thread Disney's POP CENTURY Resort

Have you seen pictures? There wasn't anything to see as of Thursday evening last week but anticipating first updates should be revealed anytime as everything is supposed to be complete sometime in October.

Pictures were posted on another Disney website that I am unsure of being able to mention here.

The mural and where the shadow boxes were is nice and ties into the food court well. It is the actual reception/guest relations counter that is stark and minimalist that I am unsure of. It is lacking.

I see the walls you mean in the AllEars post linked above.

Personally I will be shocked if they stay are bare as they are. Possibly need the other half renovated too before adding additional decorations?

Time will tell.

I hope you are right. Pop Century is my Disney home and seeing it change is a bit distressing and exciting.

Here now in the best room I’ve had yet. Bldg 4 as close to Skyliner as you can get. Rain chances were high for this week but happy to say so far so good…went to AH at HS last night. It was great with low waits for rides. TSM was pretty much walk on for us. Not sure what was happening with Slinky Dog it wasn’t running when we went by.
Yes! I was in that area back in April and loved it! My room was 212 steps (per my apple watch) from the skyliner. Bonus was the rabbit who came to eat in the grassy area outside my door every evening. One day he brought his wife and his duck friend.

The Allears report says there will be a mural behind the Front Desk.

I like the wraps here better than the murals they did at the All -Stars.
