If you are on a sugar free diet special desserts can be arranged anywhere. Contact each place you plan to eat at ahead of time, of course.

There are lots of sugar-free choices at CS places around the parks. Check the menus here or at allearsnet.com

You can also find help on the DISabilities board, they will be able to tell you the current email contact for special dining needs.

I do not know from my experience. But I came across this web site and they have predominately sugar free desserts and discuss how the got them.
