Sugar-free candy

Does anyone know if WDW sells sugar-free or low-carb candy? If so, are there particular shops--or is it available throughout the resort? I'm looking for it to include in a birthday basket, so I would especially like to find something fun like Mickey-shaped chocolates or at least Disney-themed packaging.

Yes, Disney does sell sugar-free candy in the candy shops. Just ask the castmembers. Just be sure that the person can handle the sugar substitute used. Not everyone can.
