Anyone know why both the resort and preferred views are wide open December 11 and beyond?

Anyone know why both the resort and preferred views are wide open December 11 and beyond?

I saw unusual availability there early this morning in other months as well, then it was gone pretty fast.

Edited. We don’t allow specific availability to be posted so I removed resort name and room types.

Seems several resorts showed up today with late fall availability.

Many is now gone.
