Thank you to all who responded to my earlier post "Another Delta Policy Question" at http://www.disboards.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55263 about failing to get a voucher from Delta on flights I had booked earlier for a higher price.
After reading everyone's replies I checked the class code for my flights (with the lower price) on the internet and compared it to the class code noted on my e-tickets to confirm that they were the same and called Delta back. The first person I spoke with listened to my explanation and connected me to the "Reissue Desk". Marnie answered the phone and happily issued vouchers for the difference! It may be because they are e-tickets but I'm not sure about that.
I posted this as a new thread so that I could retitle it hoping to help others with the same problem.
