stupid question

I know this is a stupid question, but here I go!
We are taking our first trip to WDW in Feb. We booked our flight through Orbitz. We are flying NW and using ME to the resort (POR). How do they know to pick us up? Or to send us luggage tags? Do the luggage tags have names or flight info on them? Do I need to call Dis and give them our flight info?

You need to have a reservation to use DME. If you booked the room through Disney and checked that you will be using DME, you should have a reservation and they will send your your tags and vouchers about 30-40 days before your vacation. You can call DME at (407) 939-6244 to confirm your reservation (or make one if you haven't already) and to provide them with your flight information. If you booked the room through a TA, you'll need to work back through the TA.

As said above if you booked through Disney then you should have had the option to get ME. If you booked yourself and at the time did not chose it then you can call now ( I think you have a week or so before the trip as a dead line) and add it to your package. If you had already be enrolled you would have already given them your flight info, so call and check on that. Once they have all of the info they h=need they will send you a packet that has information about where to go in the airport, luggage tags and other info that you may need. The luggage tage will have a barcode and other info that DIsney uses to ID your things. You will go strait tothe bus and you bags will be delivered to your room later on that day so be sure to take things that you need right away in your carry on. Have a safe and fun trip.

Thanks! I booked ME, but at the time had not booked our flights. I will call to update our info. I can't wait! We leave in about 6 weeks!
