Stupid question about making ADR's!!!

Alright - Yes, I am not the brightest crayon in the box!!! We are coming in on our 180 days from the arrival date for our christmas trip (this thursday).

Would someone please verify to me what the phone number is for Disney dining and what time EST do they take the first calls? Thanks - My son needs to be taken to band class thursday morning and I may need to call from my cell phone in the school parking lot depending on the opening time!!!
