Studio Villas at Poly Questions

Considering a April/May trip to WDW for the F&G Fest. We're considering staying at the Studio villas at Poly but have some questions.

1) With the studio villa building being so close to the TTC is it something that can be walked to easily? I see that it's very close, but am more curious about if there's anything blocking people from walking from Poly along the beach to the TTC like a fence or a wall?

2) If it's walkable, Is it always going to be a better bet to head to the TTC in every scenario regarding transportation to anything other than MK as opposed to walking to the main bus stop?

3) Along the same lines, being so close to the TTC how are the noise levels at the Villas?

4) Additionally, are there any shops/stores in the Studio Villa building or will we need to go to the main building for everything?

The Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) is a transportation area. There is a walking path - not along the beach - that is easily accessible

The TTC is no longer a major transpiration hub like it was in the past. That is now at the MK.
You would only walk to the TTC is you wanted to use the monorail to Epcot or MK or the ferry to MK.
If you want to go to the AK, DHS or DS you should walk to the Great Ceremonial House for the buses. The stores you want are also in the GCH, not at the TTC

It's a short walk to the TTC from the DVC buildings. But the only reason to go there is to take the boat or catch an express monorail to the MK or to Epcot. Take a bus from the bus stop to DHS or AK.
You might hear the boat horns during the night. Some members have complained about them.
There are only studios in the three buildings and one laundry room in Moorea. Everything else is in the main building.

OK, I see where you were going with your walking question. We tried to follow the water on the rocks to the ferry. We almost got there but there is a cast only section right before you get to the boat dock so we had to walk back and on the right path through the trees to the TTC. It was less than 5 minutes from our room in Moorea.

Yes, the boat horn starts every day at 6:30 AM. It woke me up every day. But I didn't mind because of where I was.

There is nothing to buy in the DVC buildings except laundry soap. The pool area is now open so you could eat there instead of going into the main building.

If I could stay there every trip I would! Watching Wishes and the water parade from my bed or the balcony was amazing.
