does dcl rent strollers to use when getting of the ship ie: in bahamas?

From what I understand Guest Services has umbrella strollers but is on a first come first serve basis. I do not remember if there was a cost involved. When we spoke w/ DCL they recommended we bring our own umbrella stroller. We had limited space so we brought our Bjorn carrier, strapped our daughter in and away we went. Hope this helps.

They actually have the larger style that have a big basket, canopy, lay down, etc. ---basically a full-size stroller. You borrow it with a $50 deposit but you get that back. I think they had at least 5. I would ask the first day if you want to make sure to get one. We didn't have any trouble mid-cruise though. Have fun!

We got ours late the first evening (like around 10 or 11 pm) and didn't have a problem. I remember signing a paper stating that we would be charged if we didn't return the stroller, but didn't have to give any actual money. It didn't cost anything, and we had not problems taking it on and off the ship

I borrowed one on the third day and had no trouble getting one. It was a 100.00 deposit and when i brought it back the next morning they credited my 100.00 back to my account. My 4 year old fell asleep one evening very early and I got one of the strollers just so I could walk around on deck and do some things and not have to stay in the room with her. She fit in it fine (but my daughter is also just about 30 pounds) and it seemed to be clean enough.

They definately have more than 5 strollers available but this was on the Magic. On our cruise we had 2 and our family with us had another and there were many, many we saw all over the ship. So many that we had to tie something on ours so we didn't take someone elses. They are evenflo and some are much newer than othersand much cleaner than others. One of ours was brand new and very clean the other we kept a pool towel in the bottom of it for the whole cruise and wiped everything else off with a baby wipe. Not that much of a hassel for us since we were just happy we didn't have to bring 2 strollers with us.
