Do strollers need to be folded prior to boarding the monorail? We have a side by side double stroller (Combi twin sport) and it fits through all standard doorways. I assume it would need to be folded, but I wasn't sure what other people have done in the past. We will only be riding the monorail a few times this trip. Thanks in advance!:goodvibes

You can leave it open with the children in it. If it is real crowded though you may need to fold it up.

We went on the monorail in March and I pushed DD into the monorail and then proceeded to take her out of her stroller and hold her. DH asked me why I didn't just leave her in the stroller. I told him 'cause we are on the monorail, duh'. DD liked looking out the windows, but we weren't the only ones with an unfolded stroller.

If the monorail is empty leave it open if the monorail is standing room only please fold it! I had a woman get really mad at me because we wouldn't get off at the end of the night so she could roll her behemoth of a double jogger onto the monorail without folding it. There was room in the car if she folded it but not to leave it open. Sorry there are 200 people waiting don't be inconsiderate and rude and take up more than your far share. And the kids weren't even in it they were older and walking just fine.

Of course I would never take the stroller on without folding it if it is crowded.:thumbsup2

Nope - we rolled ours right on - - but needed to use the handicapped entrance and needed to let the handicapped have first access.

we rolled ours right on. We had a couple times where we folded it up. The one night we were at the park at close and got up to the monorail we went to fold it up and take the kids out, but everyone insisted we leave it open and let the kids sleep since they were both out.
