here is what I do. Help me find a way to save more.

I use my credit card which offers 1.5% cash back to buy a $500 Disney GC's at SAMs club for $474.99. (6% ish) I then deposit those GC's into a Disney vacation account which gets me a $20 GC for every $1000 I spend another 2%. What am I missing here. I know I can save more. Thought about using raise to buy Walmart GC's with my cc because I can use those at sams but I know know if I trust raise or not.

I'd trust raise more than I'd trust the Disney vacation account......

Discover it. 5% back at Sams (up to $75.00) Oct-Dec. Plus double the cashback the first year for new cardholders.

This is what we do now since Target stop allowing GF for GF. Going through raise is only worth it if the Walmart gift card is 5% off, otherwise you lose $3-$4 in savings.
You can recoup that by using swagbucks on your raise purchases (you'll earn a $10 gift card for every $334 spent) but they take 30-40 days to credit.

The Sam's Club cards are not really 6%, it's a 5% discount on the $500. (even less on the three pack of $50s)

One thing I do to increase the the percentage I save is earn WalMart cards in other ways: doing Swagbucks, Shopkick, Ibotta, Mplus Places, etc...
If you find one or two (three, four, five....) of these earnings programs that you can do and stick with the potential is there to save a lot more on your Sam's Club purchase. It just takes time and a willingness to put in the effort.

Good luck!

plus a few cc's are offering 5x cash back for warehouse purchases thru the end of the year..... so using that at Sams will be a bigger savings

Keep in mind that Swagbucks now only gives you cash back on $2000 lifetime purchases at Raise.

Or just save money by shopping online using Ebates. I have already earned $48 cash back for this next quarters shopping. With Christmas coming and a lot of us shopping online why not do it through Ebates. Often times Ebates also list the coupons available for the stores I am shopping at. Such as last month I wanted to get some shorts from JCP and there was a $25 off coupon listed on Ebates. Which is not part of the $48 I am getting back so you can view my cash back value as $73 back in my pocket. I have been doing Ebates for 2 1/2 years and my total cash back is $626.00 So go for it.

Target does still allow GC to GC for Target GC to Disney GC in store. If you can get a good deal on a Target GC, gifted one, get one from their buy X number of items and get a gift card in store deals, etc you can still convert it over to Disney GC in store.

I definitely always compare the cash back offers for ebates vs swagbucks. Shopkick is another avenue for collecting more dollars to Disney if you do a lot of in store shopping. Every little bit helps.
