I'm doing a presentation for a class on strength. its a creativity class- so its emotional strength.

I need some help from you all...

What I need to have is a hands on class- I've found a quiz online to help you assess your emotional strength- but now need stuff to help build emotional strength..

I just want to point out that I learned firsthand that no "quiz" can determine your strength...it's the kind of thing that you never know how much you have until you are in a situation that requires it.
