We have 2 rooms booked at WDW for mid November. I was checking our reservation on-line the other day. I had paid for the rooms in full a couple of weeks ago, and now there is a 0.02 additional charge on one room and a 0.01 charge on the other. I called and inquired and stated that if the additional cents were due, to just go ahead and cover them with the credit card. She said "Just a minute, I need to check with Guest Services". She came back on the phone a minute or two later and said that there was an "upgrade" and the charges were needed to do that but they would be deleted before we checked in.
We have standard rooms at a moderate resort so the only upgrade would be to a water view or preferred room, but I thought they didn't assign rooms until a few days before checkin.
Has anyone else had this happen before?
