Strange room charge

We have 2 rooms booked at WDW for mid November. I was checking our reservation on-line the other day. I had paid for the rooms in full a couple of weeks ago, and now there is a 0.02 additional charge on one room and a 0.01 charge on the other. I called and inquired and stated that if the additional cents were due, to just go ahead and cover them with the credit card. She said "Just a minute, I need to check with Guest Services". She came back on the phone a minute or two later and said that there was an "upgrade" and the charges were needed to do that but they would be deleted before we checked in.
We have standard rooms at a moderate resort so the only upgrade would be to a water view or preferred room, but I thought they didn't assign rooms until a few days before checkin.

Has anyone else had this happen before?:confused:

It could be a systems upgrade. They have been messing around with reservations.
 
I got an invoice from Disney a couple of weeks ago. I had paid the one night's deposit on a room only reservation, but the invoice stated that I needed to pay .01! I called and ended up paying $100 towards the reservation, but the penny request was weird! :confused3
 
We stayed at AKL in Oct. Our reservation was paid in full and I received a letter in the mail saying that my balance was .01. I have no idea why and I never called to ask about it and it was not mentioned at all during check in or at any other time.
