strange question....

ha, heres a strange and unusual question for u all....
i love being different!!!

so....... in either counter service or table/buffet restaurants.... could i get just a mug/cup/etc of hot water??? i currently dont drink normal tea, but live on green tea, and not sure i can go 4 days without any (side affects aside lol).... all id need is the cup with hot water.... like having a pot of tea, but leave the teabag lol i will take my own with me but wondered if it was poss to get the hot water in the park??

see - told u im strange (i embarrass ppl when i go out too - asking for either tap water, or my own special favourite - warm squash!!!!)

You are strange!!

I don't know the official answer but I can't imagine it's any different to asking for tap water really so I'm sure it'll be fine. I always ask for tap water at DLP, cheapskate that I am!!

My MIL drinks just hot water. Odd!! She's never had a problem anywhere though, maybe a funny look or two!

As you are buying other things I don't see why not I've never tried but I had a friend here and when er mum came over we'd go out and she only drank hot water (due to illness).
Cafés would always bring her a large cup or a little pot of hot water once they'd got over their suprise

we really dont drink fizzy stuff in our house so meals out r quite often fun lol

yes, the tea wud be with a meal, as at other times ill just drink water or hot chocolate if its cold
