It's definitely not as clear as AttractionTickets website... but, if you click on 'details' on the web site it does in fact show all the perks.Orlandoattractiontickets don't indicate anywhere in their descriptions if they are park hoppers or single-park tickets. I'm assuming park hoppers, but one should never assume.
Thanks! I’ll head over to the UK board and check it outWe used AttractionTickets this past June without issue - it was amazing, actually, as we had a 15 day stay, and brought by parents in for 8 of those days. We park hopped and went to the water park (only 1 was open). The tickets were e-tickets and linked easily, as usual.
I checked reviews online and saw trustpilot had great reviews for orlandoattractiontickets, as did comments on a UK Disney board, as well as tripadvisor - so I purchased from them for our 14 day June 2025 trip with high confidence.
Check and see if they are pending on your credit card! I had the same issue....and it ended up both transactions went through even though I didn't get a confirmation number. It all got sorted out and overall I had a positive experience, but I reached on facebook messenger to get it resolved. I still haven't gotten a response to any of my emails to them.....that was a couple of weeks now.I attempted to purchase today from the Ireland site (I’m in the US but thought this might still be helpful here). Got the payment failed so tried to enter again and got same error. I sent an email and just waiting to hear back…
Neither attempt is showing pending on my card. It’s a chase sapphire and chase’s automated system said I didn’t need to notify them of international travel or larger purchases.Check and see if they are pending on your credit card! I had the same issue, payment would not go through. I contacted them (I did call - hopefully it's not going to cost me a fortune). The person wasn't sure what was going on, so they told me they would research it and call me back. It was just about closing time for them, so I didn't expect to hear back. Well, the person I spoke to did call me back within about 90 minutes (past their closing time) and he said it was because it was showing I had a credit on my account (I did not in actuality) and they didn't know why. They took care of it and the transaction went through - though I too, had it post twice for the deposit. I need to check to see if one fell off - thanks for the reminder! I was surprised at how quickly they called me back, I did not expect it. Especially since it was well after their closing time considering the time difference.Neither attempt is showing pending on my card. I did reach out to them on FB messenger and heard back right away. They said I could call or someone could call me. I opted to have someone call me since I don’t have international calling to Europe. But I’m still waiting…. I mean I think the promo is going on through next week so no need to rush, but I’d like to get it resolved!
Good to know! I really wanted to use a specific card. Tried Apple Pay with that linked card and still didn’t work! I was willing to switch to a different card if when she tried the UK version it still failed, but fortunately it did not! So weird as I even called Chase card services to verify they were not blocking the purchase and they didn’t even see any pending attempts to chargeJust FYI for those having credit card issues. I have 2 cards with no forex fees. One always has an issue with the UK sites, one does not. I recently purchased from attractiontickets and the one card (which I prefer using) had issues again. My PayPal account is linked to this card and when I tried paying with PayPal, it went through. I have since purchased again from this site, used PayPal, again with no problems.
I had the exact same experience with Chase! Turns out the issue was on their end and it was fixed. I agree it was great CS, though I shouldn't have called myself, the call cost me $15. I was impatient (what a surprise) and didn't want to wait for an email response. They did call me back when they figured out what was wrong, so I didn't have to pay for that call!Good to know! Interesting! What did Chase say when you called? When I called they said they couldn’t even see any attempted charges, but that they do not need my authorization prior so it should just go through.I had the exact same experience with Chase! Chase told me the exact same thing! I was kind of hoping the international toll free number would work here in the US when calling the UK, but it didn't. Still A LOT cheaper than buying from a US site! I ended up using my Capital One card, which did not charge an international transaction fee. But the glitch was on their end, not my credit card. They said they were showing a 34 pound credit on my account and when they removed it, they were able to process the charge. I have no idea why it was showing a credit. I only paid the deposit, so I hope there aren't further issues when I try to pay the balance. I will be more patient this time!Interesting! What did Chase say when you called? I wasn’t even sure how to deal international call and figured it would cost me money, so even though I was inpatient I waited for them to call me![]()
I will see what happens tomorrow when I try to pay the rest of the balance with my Chase cardChase told me the exact same thing! Definitely let me know! Good luck!!! And if you have trouble linking your tickets on the US MDE, go to the UK version. I had to do that last year, but no issues using the tickets.I will see what happens tomorrow when I try to pay the rest of the balance with my Chase card. Worst case the woman said to email her and she will set up a time to call me and take payment again. I’m hoping it works fine now they the initial charge has gone through.
