Stormy Disney pictures!

One of Downtown Disney that same day, just as we rented the boat and got onto the water. Yep it rained, but all was ok, didn't last all that long.

Driving into a rain wall on Wednesday and oh boy did it pour. :sad2:

So as you can see, I've only been here 2 days so far, and I've been lucky  enough to get some stormy weather shots. But hey, it's Florida right? It's to be expected in September, especially. It rained yesterday too in the late afternoon, but at least we were able to get in a full 6 hours at Epcot and back to our resort before it rained. :yay:

Looking from Ariel's Grotto, under Scuttle's Landing with Dumbo The Flying Elephant on the right.
We waited to see Ariel in the beautiful May sunshine for about 25-30 minutes (longest wait we had the entire trip) when it grew dark and the sky gave way to a 20 minute lightening storm. It was the quickest oncoming, yet fastest on going storm I've ever seen in my life. We never did see Ariel. So we call her the disappearing mermaid. Better luck next family trip!!

This was this past May and we were in Epcot. It was a quick storm that down poured for 45 minutes staright.

We all witnessed the same storm. :lmao:

:goofy: Garsh. That top cloud looks a bit like Goofy to me. I guess I have Disney on the brain.:rotfl:

How about some cloud shots taken from up in the sky, looking down on Florida coast as we were approaching Orlando on our flight in on Wednesday.

I had just been thinking the same thing! It was either Goofy or Pluto! :lmao:

Love all the pictures everyone! They are just awesome! Thanks for sharing!

Now when I lay outside with the kids looking at the clouds we can play what Disney characters do you see?:rotfl2:

There were a whole bunch of storms when I was just there at WDW. I never thought to take a picture, though. I guess next time I might have to pack the waterproof case for the digital camera :lmao: .

This is under the little hut beside space mountain and that western roller coaster , it rained for about 1 hour non stop lol

Was it May 6th? We were at LTT for a character meal. Left the stroller parked under a tree (before it was raining) all safe....came outside and low and behold our stroller was moved to an uncovered spot!!! I went in to get towels for all of us unlucky ones!!! Poor DGD(2) could not ride in the stroller the rest of the evening. This happened around 5:00 or so. The stroller did not dry out til the next day!!!!!
