Has anyone stored their carry on luggage upon arrival at their resort (using DME)? We're taking our almost 2 year old son to WDW in December and although we want things like toys, books, and DVDs on the plane with us, we don't want to have to carry all the extras around the park until we return in the afternoon/evening and get our room.

If our room is ready upon arrival, this isn't an issue, but what are the chances our WL room will be ready at 11:00am during the Christmas season? :confused3

Thanks to everyone in advance! :sunny:

I have not utilized DME, but I would think it would work the same way is it does if you were driving up to the resort in your own car, taxi, or town car. The bellhop will take your luggage and place it into storage until your room is ready. At this point you'll probably have two claim tags, one for you DME luggage and one for your carry-on. Make certain that you take what you need with you before the bellhop tags the carry-on items that you have with you. You will then need to check-in to your room. If your room is ready then simply call down to bell services and they'll bring your carry-on stuff up.

Anyone else have any thoughts?
