What a Ridiculous joke of a company!!! I ordered 2 pairs, neither of which was on backorder,Nov. 24th, and they didn't even ship until Dec. 14. When I called 12-20 to confirm thy I would have them by Christmas, after receiving a fed ex notice that they had been processed for shipping the 14th, they assured that they would be here by Thursday or I could call back and they would overnight me a new order. Well surprise! No Stompeez today! When I called to explain they basically said " sorry, it's not going to be there on time and we won't send you a new order." the first supervisor I spoke with, Joann, actually hung up on me while I was insisting that they refund the ridiculous $18 shipping charge since I obviously paid for nothing!!! I called back and got an equally unhelpful supervisor, apparently the one in charge of the entire floor. She sang the same song. " it won't be there in time. So sorry. Nothing I can do." blah blah. ( btw they also told me that they cant send me an expedited shipment because they have to fulfill the orders that are processing from the last couple days first. WHAT! They cant prioritize a screwed up order over a last minute one!!!!! Joke!!! I am convinced that they didnt even ship my order until the 22nd,today because I spoke with fed ex and they said they received a shipment notification on the 14th, but it wasn't picked up until today. This is the ONLY thing my daughter asked Santa for what a terrible disappointment.

I applaud you OP for coming back and following up with the story! It's nice to hear happy endings and that some companies are not as bad as we might think at first.
I'm glad you dd is enjoying them (heck my 15 yr old thought they looked cute, but she's an adult size 9 )

around the first week of November I ordered a pair of the Perky Pink Puppies for my daughter for Christmas. I never got a confirmation email so I waited about 3 weeks, figured I had made an error and ordered again. Much to my surprise about 2 weeks ago I got a shipping notice that 2 pairs had shipped by Fedex. I was bummed but figured I would stick the extra pair on Ebay and try to get my money back. Im not making this up ! I started the price at $39.99 and they ended up selling for $305 !!! I decided my daughter didnt need Stompeez that bad and sold the second pair for $280. Im guessing its because the website is not currently taking orders and some rich folks had kids that asked for these for Christmas. I will eventually order my daughter another pair but for $585 I was able to finish off my Christmas shopping ! I almost felt guilty ! who would pay that much for house shoes !!

After reading all the issues DD had getting her slippers, I thought I would share our nightmare with these people also. I ordered a pair for my daughter from Santa. They were ordered on Dec 2, still do not have them. I was told by 2 different people before Christmas that they would arrive in time. Still waiting. Called last week and was finally told they were on backorder, but they had come in and should arrive this week. Still waiting. I cannot believe the incredibly poor customer service. I am glad things finally worked out for DD, but I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They have them for $17.99 at our BJs Wholesale club in New Tampa, FL - all 3 sizes and all 6 varieties. FYI
