Do you have to book this through Disney. I'm asking because we will be ther in November, but my youngest will be 3 months shy of 5 yrs old. I'm wondering if I book it privately if she will be allowed to go with us (Disney says 5 and up). I wouldn't mind waiting..I'm sure we'll be back, but this will be the only chance to do it With my parents.

I think I read you can book it on your own.

This is a snorkeling excursion. The water is deep with no place to touch bottom except on the steps entering the water. If your child is not a swimmer, this may not be the excursion you are looking for.
