Good morning Kimmy and the rest of the Sassies! The game was great, they won 4-2, its the drive home that was the killer. We live just over 2 hours from Joe Louis Arena and after getting out of traffic we got home at 1 am. I'm not used to that anymore. I'll post a few pics in a bit!

Good Morning Sassies. Mark was home this morning and hogging the computer so no DISing for me.

Becca I'm glad you had a nice birthday and the wings won just for you.

Rain rain go away. Tonight is the first of the Mardi Gras Parades. Everything sort of kicks off tonight and runs through Fat Tuesday and we are expecting rain all weekend.

I'll be going to Colin's Valentines Day party this afternoon. Those kids are going to be bouncing off the walls with all the sugar I know they'll be eating.

Yay, Becca! I'm so glad they won just for you. That is a hecka drive! I whine and complain about my 20 minute drive from our arena. It's hard to do when all ya wanna do it go to bed. I'm glad you had a nice birthday.

I hope the rain stops down there, Tricia. I would love to go to some Mardi Gras events.... maybe one day. Have fun at the party, watch out for bouncing children.

Quick drive by while I'm at Ikea, waiting for Riley in the play area. I know, I know-- y'all want pictures! It'll probably be late tonight before I get them up. Have to install software for the new camera I used. Plus, as you may imagine, leaving the guys for a week has left me with 10 million and 12 things to do! Number one priority is spending some time with the munchkins.


Just to dispel the blister thing, was more like a mildly chafing on bottom of foot from my "airport" shoes. Once I traded those for my delightfully comfy Teva Mush flip flops (with ff socks) I was golden!

Aw Becca! I love the pics. I wish I lived in a hockey town, most fun I have ever had at a game was when I trekked down to Columbus to see the Blue Jackets play.

Howdy, girls! Hope everyone's doing well. It's been a looooong day! I'm sure Wilma knows how I feel! Getting a Valentine's party ready for 29 students is a pain in the ****! My assistants and I all had sweaty pits and glazed eyes. I'm sooo glad this party is over. Now for the weekend! It will be nice to just chill this weekend.


Bex! Those are fantastic pics! Looks like you had a great time at the game. Nothing better than a live hockey game, is there? I love how it's non-stop action with hockey! Hope your birthday was awesome, lady! You deserve it!
