My MIL is into very weird things. She's very gullible. She just put these really expensive sticky pads on my DH's feet. He's supposed to wear them all night and they will draw all the toxins out of his body. Sure. That's all you have to do-put sticky things on your feet and all the bad things will go bye-bye! Plus she's trying to convince him that every little twinge or pain he has means he has some deadly disease. Oh, and have you heard that if you sit in a chair and hold your arm out, and if someone pushes on your arm and your arm goes down you need vitamins? Must not say anything...must bite my tongue...

I new Macy's just opened about 45 minutes from me. I haven't visited yet but I do intend to go. Who doesn't like Godiva chocolates? Kelsie loves the dark chocolate truffles there. I'm not a fan of dark chocolate but love anything milk or white chocolate.

Tricia, I just had my haircut Friday after our shopping extravaganza. I went shopping with my friend/hair stylist. Might have been a mistake to let her do my color after being awake since 3 am. She went a little more nuts than usual.

Wilma, I saw a fancy shmancy revolving Christmas tree stand. I fear the toppling of my perfectly decorated tree and then I would throw a fit that you would be able to hear all the way in Virginny! I love the Barney story.

I am just about done with my Christmas shopping. I need to run to Bath and Body Works to get the teacher, school secretary and bus driver gifts then I am finished!

Howdy, Sassies! Shannon, you must watch for falling trees. My tree (a live one) once fell over when Barney was a baby. We had a lousy tree stand, and I think it was it's fault. Anyway, it was 3 days before Christmas and all of the stores around here had sold all of their tree stands so I had to trek to Richmond for the last remaining stand in their metro area. The whole way there Barney kept saying "no more bad tree, no more bad tree!" It was long hour, I tell ya!


Who's looking forward to February? I am, I am!

She was a great sport about it THANK GOODNESS! We stayed at Mandalay, we didn't love it, but we didn't hate it either. It was a bit far down for me and the elevator waits were rediculous. The weather was absolutely PERFECT low 70's and Sunny

That is the only reason we have never stayed at Mandalay Bay. I like the Mirage, Treasure Island area better. I'm in for a Vegas trip! I know Angie would be too!

I am TOTALLY in for any Vegas meets!! I stayed at Mandalay Bay when it first opened and before we moved there-the rooms were really nice. I like it there, but it is at the very end of the strip. I would love to stay at Wynn but it is a tad bit above my budget. I've never even been there.

Judi~I ain't touching his feet tonight! He didn't tell me what color the stupid things turned last night-I guess the color helps determine what toxins were removed, according to the people who believe.
