Sooo, I made a low offer on a contract from a very well known reseller..which I’ll let you guess. The seller countered with favorable terms so I accepted. Literally within 5 minutes, miraculously, the broker got a full price offer which the seller accepted. I can’t help but think that someone at the brokerage stepped in as the buyer on this deal. Of course I’m speculating, but the odds of that happening (and well after Eastern time zone hours) seems highly suspect. Of course I’m not overly affected, just seems unlikely. The counter was still a very good deal and appealing to any savvy DVC broker or buyer. Just wanted any insight or opinions anyone could offer. TIA
Side note, it was not a newly listed contract or even a decent value. I offered 40% less than list and seller counter at about 37% less than list..indicating an eager seller and not many offers I’m thinking. Just a bit more context
